This waist exerciser doesn't work. I know how to hula hoop really well and I use this knowledge to try to use this ring. It stops halfway and it just does not allow me to get a full rotation around me. It is not worth the money or the time putting it together. I wish I knew this before I bought it.

The instructions came ripped in my box but I figured out how to set it up. I took two pieces off for it to fit my waist when I set it up. I’ve only used it for 3 days and had to take off 2 other pieces already. I feel it working my back and my abs. I haven’t lost weight but my waist does look smaller. It’s super loud and I have a hard time getting it to keep spinning but throwing the ball works out my arms so that’s a plus in my book. One side of the buckle was damaged when I received it, in such a manner that it seemed like I may have received a previously returned unit, so I had no choice but to return it; but I decided to give it a try first because I wasn’t sure if I wanted to exchange it or return it altogether. I found that the wheels did not run smoothly in the tracks. I couldn’t accomplish 10 rotations before it would hang up and stop rolling in the tracks. I tried using it twice. Both sessions ended with the wheels getting hung up, causing the weight to whip around, the buckle coming open and the whole thing flying across the room. Thankfully it didn’t smash anything or break a window. If I was not already having to return it, I would have tried oiling the wheels somehow to see if it ran more smoothly before I gave up on it, because it seemed to be fairly sturdy otherwise. Only had it a week but it is fun to do and really easy to get the hang of it. Can’t say it’s miracle slimmer ( only had a week ) but I can say it’s helping me be more active and not so sedentary . Can be a tad noisy but my fur babies got use to it pretty quickly. Now I’m dodging the kitties because they wanna catch the weight that dangles and goes round and round. Which makes it more of a workout in my opinion. It’s fun and I can see the potential for a reduction in my waist . Time will tell !
