This little bad boy packs a punch and I have to say I'm impressed. Get this straight, its an emulator. There are 182 games, many you know and love. Most titles on here are old 8-bit games that came out in the 80's and 90's. There are also a few homebrew 8 bit games as well. For $23 this is an absolute steal. After I got the first one and saw the games on here for myself I am in the process of ordering 3 more. There is also a cable that attaches to your TV to play it there but I haven't tried it yet to review it. One downside is button placement makes it harder than using an NES controller. Other than that, Its perfect. I work on a psych unit and these will make allot of clients very happy and entertained without internet or anything they can get into trouble with if they were using a phone for games. *edit* This systems screen will flicker then go black when batteries run low but the sound will work. It will look like a malfunction but its just the batteries dying. I thought the system died after 3 days but I was wrong. After changing the batteries the screen came back on and played normally.

The first one that we ordered froze and wouldn't work again, but the seller was excellent about immediately shipping out a replacement. The replacement is working great! My six year old son loves it and so does my husband.

Great item for the kids to pick up on camping trips. Car rides...waiting at the airport....But in our house, its the big kids who end up playing with it the most...cant beat the nostalgia and value!
