It fits comfortably around your neck. I work in a hospital so sometimes I end up having to move my badge. It’s quiet and does not disturb your conversations, even with the fan speed on high. The fan speeds are great. I usually keep mine on either the lowest, or the next one up. It’s easy to use, push the power button to turn it on, tap it again if you want to adjust the speed and hold it down to turn off. It has a USBC charger. I really can’t rave about it enough. If you see me, you will see this fan hanging around my neck. Remember, it is a fan and not an air conditioner which means it recycles the air in the space you are in. When you first get it, it comes charged, but plug it in and charge it up before first use. After that, it takes maybe an hour or so to recharge after use. It has three speeds, each one is distinctive and more powerful than the last. Very light in weight. It is not silent but I am able to hear what needs to be heard when it is on the lowest setting as well on the medium setting. Truth be told, if I have it on the highest setting, I'm not trying hear anything or anyone, I am trying to cool off and could care less about anything else! Great idea and nice to use on a hot day, though if in a hot space the air blowing will be hot, too. On lower speeds, it isn't very loud, but go up on 4th and 5th speed and it is loud and noisy. Useful item in the heat. Easy to set up and use. Highly recommend.

Honest review, this fan is a very good fan, It has a good battery and lasting span, depending on low vs high speeds, Charging uses the usb c connection, which is perfect if you have a phone with that particular charger port, the 5 speeds function is easy to operate and I have yet to use it past speed 3, it is a quite operating fan, unless your on high setting, but it does what you want it too. I've had this neck fan for 2 weeks and it works great so far. It's comfortable to wear and has multiple settings. It helps when I have to walk somewhere on really hot days. Battery life is long lasting and its quiet. No problems, definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It is light weight and slightly flexible as mentioned. Comes with charging cable but no charging block. I haven't tested the battery life myself but after reading and watching reviews I'm confident that the battery life is as good as they say it is. However I'm not too sure about the charging time because I just got this item today and haven't tried charging it yet. It is loud when increasing levels but not so horrible that you can't have a proper conversation with someone next to you. It is also loud enough to get some glances or looks. I don't recommend this to people with sensitive ears. Or people who don't like getting attention from the public but it is doable with levels 1 and 2. Good for moving around but not standing around simply because you won't get much air flow. Also I'm not sure if I got a defect but back of neck does not work, not even a little bit. So the back of the neck can get sweaty, I recommend to bring a towel to wipe your neck occasionally or use your shirt. Hangs a little low so no wind pressure from under the neck but there is some pressure on the face, more specifically on the cheeks. Unless your constantly turning your head left and right you might get some air flow under your neck. Again, this is mainly good for moving around. I bought this for my fiancé who works outdoors, I really wanted the air flow to also come out of the back even if it's a little bit but I was very sad and disappointed to find out this wasn't the case. Again IDK if I got a defect, false advertisement or possibly mishandled through delivery but I'm giving this 3 stars not just because of no air flow from the back but also the lack of a charging block. I wish there was an option to include a charging block. Fortunately, my fiancé was okay with this product so we might as will keep it. Buy at your own risk. Lastly, I recommend you to buy a moisturizing spray to carry around throughout the day to keep cool. Hopes this helps. ... show more

This fan saved my life in Texas heat. I'm a dude and got compliments from several women about my nifty neck fan, while every dude looked at me like being comfortable is a sin or something. You do anything that gets you hot, live in a hot area, or just need something to cool you down? This is the starting neck fan for you IF you like being comfortable. Only downside is that you have to live with a hum in your ears, honestly that's fine with me. When you've experienced summer where the wind doesn't move and sweat actually makes you hotter not cooler, this fan comes in clutch. Honestly, I should have purchased the JISULIFE fan with the little thing in the back to push it off your neck slightly, it's like a cooling/sweat pad or something like that, I should have bought that version.
