When product arrived it was already broken from one of the legs below the cooler door, making it unable to close properly. Plastic of which the leg was made of is of very poor quality and incredibly easy to break. When I tried returning the item I received some generic transfer instructions, and shipping companies asked me to pay around 80 dollars (almost as much as the entire order) to do the return because it was not prepaid for by the seller; making the whole process unnecessary. ... show more

Images of the product reflect that the cooler bears a touchpad button with C & F symbols. Everyone is assumed to understand that the button switches the temp. display between C or F . But in actuality, a simple pressing of this button isn't enough to get the desired effect. The said button needs to be depressed for more than 3 seconds to toggle back and forth. The direction for so doing is not in the product manual. The electronics in the products itself are, however, programmed to behave in the desired manner. I've done what's required to toggle back and forth and can therefore confirm the 3 second proviso. In summary, knowledge is good, as Professor Faber was fond of saying.
