I like this item because I didn't want to spend a lot of money or have a lot of space for a big shredder. If you don't have a lot of shredding to do than this item is a dream. I keep mine on the kitchen table next to my letter opener and now I feel much better about my privacy of discarded documents. Works well, easy to put handle on shredder. The paper shreds but is stuck together. I had to pull apart the shredded pieces of paper. I think I got what I asked for, a convenient product for a good price.

    • A Little Hard to Use But Great Option
Don't try to shred more than one paper at a time. The more you do, the more difficult the maneuverability. Also, does not allow for cross shred and will not do plastic like credit cards.

I like the size (note pencil for reference) manual shredder (not a cross cut) straight edge cutter only does 1 page at a time so either fold it first to cut it or if it's a really big piece of paper tear it in half then fold that but either way it works super quiet and no electricity required. I don't shred lots of stuff so for my needs it's perfect!! ... show more
