Very cute coat! I absolutely love the style of this coat! You can dress this one up or down....wear with jeans or a dress. It's really warm, too, as it's fleece all the way through. The length hits me at top of thigh. (I'm 5'3") It zips, but also has the cute toggles for a cute look. It took a long time to arrive, but was worth the wait. This jacket runs VERY small. I measured myself wearing my padded bra under a t-shirt under a sweater and ordered a size up from that measurement. Fully clothed I measured just over 15 inches at the shoulders and 37 inches at the bust. According to the size chart measurements a small should have worked with room to spare, but I saw it ran small so I went up to a medium. When I got the jacket it wasn’t the soft, fleece or wool material on the outside like in the pictures, but a thin polyester similar to a cheap windbreaker. It also fit tight while I was wearing only a thin t-shirt. When worn it is very dumpy-looking, though that could have been because it was too small. The color was also wrong. I ordered the dark, wine colored red in the pictures but got a very bright red. The jackets was fleece lined, including the sleeves, so that much was right. I didn’t even try to wash it. I immediately returned it. If you must buy this, go AT LEAST two sizes up. I’d probably have needed to go up a third size - a large would have probably just barely fit when dressed for cold weather. And don’t plan on it looking nice like the pictures. It’s not classy or dressy - it’s very much a box-shaped windbreaker. ... show more

Overall the jacket is fairly decent quality for a no brand article of clothing, and would make a great spring or fall jacket, which I originally bought it for, HOWEVER, the arms are too short. I'm 5'7" 145lbs and I don't feel like I've got long arms or anything, I just think the jackets arms run small and I worry that they will shrink up even more in the wash. For context, the cuffs sit just above my wrists when my arms are down, but if I lift my arms straight out, the cuff comes to about an inch above my watch, s definitely worried about shrinkage and will be returning. ... show more
