Did new kitchen countertops and wanted recess type outlets. These were perfect, come corded for a direct plug in to a existing outlet which worked great as we had disassembled the old outlets and during the remodel put them below countertop.

I put holes in a new granite countertop & through the side wall of a custom mahogany base cabinet to install this popup power cord. I’m questioning the longevity of this particular example of this product type. In 6 months of use it doesn’t impress me as durable or long lasting.
