First kudos to this company. My scooter came with a bad charger that burnt one of the charging ports. The company responded immediately and sent two brand new Chargers and replacement parts for the ports with complete instructions on how to repair it. No problems, worked great. This scooter is a monster, always wear a helmet and gloves if not motorcycle gear or at least some basic body protection. Seriously, this scooter is really fast. I went on a group bike ride with people from my city and could outpace all the electric bikes. I'm not sure why they made this scooter but I'm glad they did. It is really fun but dangerous. If you're on wet pavement or loose gravel I suggest only using the rear motor. it will literally chirp the front tire when using dual motors on dry Blacktop. I built a clamp for the seat post so that I can connect a two-seater wagon to the scooter. I pulled the loaded wagon around all the bike paths throughout the city and the city parks and Recreation areas for a whole day and still had half a battery. I was able to pull the wagon with with zero effort Including up hills.

It’s a great scooter with a lot of power. It has a good road grip and it’s very fast, faster then an average scooter with a good battery time. I had to return it because front brakes failed by itself which is very risky , I tried to fix them but I also failed.

I received the scooter yesterday. I charged it fully and took it for a ride. Several blocks from home, the power disengaged and and E 06 error code appeared. The scooter would not turn back on after this. I tried turning the key off and on and pressing the power button, but nothing comes back on at all on the scooter. I ended up kicking my way back home. What a pain. I did not see a way to contact the seller, so I am hoping they see this and respond with how to fix this error or let me know how they can remedy this situation. Willing to change my review based on how the seller responds to this review. **UPDATE:** I am currently in contact with customer service. I will update this review as this process continues. They have been quick to respond and are addressing the E06 error. **UPDATE 5-23-23** I have to say, the customer service at [email protected] They responded very quickly. We trouble shot the issues with the E06 error. When email attempts were unsuccessful, they offered to send me a new battery and controller. Ultimately, I was sent an entirely new scooter. I charged the battery fully and took it for a spin. WHAT A MONSTER!! I was able to run full throttle in all three gears and in both econ/turbo and single/dual modes. On turbo/dual motor I chickened out at 48mph. The scooter performed beautifully, but that was just too fast on asphalt wearing shorts. At this moment, I have to give JGH Sport and this scooter a 5 STAR rating. They were quick to respond and were genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. I will keep updating this review as I use the new scooter, but right now, I would recommend this scooter and company to anyone interested in going way too fast on a scooter.

I purchased this scooter in March of 2023 to commute a short distance to the commuter train I use to get back and forth to work. It is just over a mile from my house. Within 3 months both the front and rear brakes have failed leaving me with a scooter that I can no longer ride. When I received the scooter it did not come with a list of replacement parts or where you should go to replace things like brake pads. The brakes are DYISLAND so I googled the brand and tried to find either a new set or brake pads that would fit them, but because the scooter does not come with a list of parts I am still searching a month and half later. I reached out to Amazon to see if anything could be done because really both front and rear brakes failing within such a short period of time is a major flaw with this scooter especially when I am only using to go a very short distance. The customer service representative reached out to the seller, and they said they would get in contact with me. That was two weeks ago, and I have yet to hear anything back. I am now stuck with a scooter that paid a lot of money and cannot use. I could have been seriously injured by their negligence to provide a safe product. Fortunately, I was not going 50 mph when the brakes failed or might not be writing this review. Sincerely, Vaughn Meekins UPDATE: So, after posting this review the seller did reach out to me to help me get the correct brake pads. They were very prompt and also apologetic for all the difficulty's I had. They sent me two free sets of brake pads as well as the product link for were to get them. I am upgrading my overall rating to 3 stars because once they were aware of the problem, they did make amends. So, thank you very much. I do very much like the performance of this scooter, but I still feel the braking system needs to be more robust given the speeds you are capable of getting to. If you are a first-time scooter rider this is probably not the best choice for you but if you are someone who is comfortable and experienced with 2 wheeled vehicles, then this is a very fun choice. Just be prepared to have to do regular maintenace on the brakes.

Do NOT buy this scooter. After only 4 months of use, it will not turn on. I have tried to get support from the company but they are not responding. The instructions are not clear so trying to troubleshoot is impossible. This scooter has never been off road, out in the elements, or went above 25mph because I wanted to care for it to have a long time. Just waisted a lot of money for garbage.

This scooter is great! The customer service is awsome ! I had to get some parts delivered and had an issue at the airport so I sent an email and they had it fixed and sent back out in the same day. The durability of the scooter for the riding I've put this scooter through is excellent I e wrecked a couple times and 2 out of the 3 times I picked it back up and took right back off the 3rd time is why I need a new shock but overall it's a great scooter..
