I received the scooter yesterday. I charged it fully and took it for a ride. Several blocks from home, the power disengaged and and E 06 error code appeared. The scooter would not turn back on after this. I tried turning the key off and on and pressing the power button, but nothing comes back on at all on the scooter. I ended up kicking my way back home. What a pain. I did not see a way to contact the seller, so I am hoping they see this and respond with how to fix this error or let me know how they can remedy this situation. Willing to change my review based on how the seller responds to this review. **UPDATE:** I am currently in contact with customer service. I will update this review as this process continues. They have been quick to respond and are addressing the E06 error. **UPDATE 5-23-23** I have to say, the customer service at [email protected] They responded very quickly. We trouble shot the issues with the E06 error. When email attempts were unsuccessful, they offered to send me a new battery and controller. Ultimately, I was sent an entirely new scooter. I charged the battery fully and took it for a spin. WHAT A MONSTER!! I was able to run full throttle in all three gears and in both econ/turbo and single/dual modes. On turbo/dual motor I chickened out at 48mph. The scooter performed beautifully, but that was just too fast on asphalt wearing shorts. At this moment, I have to give JGH Sport and this scooter a 5 STAR rating. They were quick to respond and were genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. I will keep updating this review as I use the new scooter, but right now, I would recommend this scooter and company to anyone interested in going way too fast on a scooter.

First kudos to this company. My scooter came with a bad charger that burnt one of the charging ports. The company responded immediately and sent two brand new Chargers and replacement parts for the ports with complete instructions on how to repair it. No problems, worked great. This scooter is a monster, always wear a helmet and gloves if not motorcycle gear or at least some basic body protection. Seriously, this scooter is really fast. I went on a group bike ride with people from my city and could outpace all the electric bikes. I'm not sure why they made this scooter but I'm glad they did. It is really fun but dangerous. If you're on wet pavement or loose gravel I suggest only using the rear motor. it will literally chirp the front tire when using dual motors on dry Blacktop. I built a clamp for the seat post so that I can connect a two-seater wagon to the scooter. I pulled the loaded wagon around all the bike paths throughout the city and the city parks and Recreation areas for a whole day and still had half a battery. I was able to pull the wagon with with zero effort Including up hills.

The media could not be loaded. Let me start by saying, this scooter seems to be a great buy. It’s sturdy, heavy, and travels up to 32 mph with my weight on it. I would have kept it even had it not dot sparks onto my rug and burned holes through the carpet and comforter on the bed. I had the scooter only 2 days and had taken it for 2 rides and then suddenly there’s sparks, smoke, and fire at the charging ports and it burned the ports down (pics above). The scooter does seem to be reliable but I didn’t want to chance it anymore after that. So I returned it and currently waiting on the refund. The lights in video above are wireless guardian lights added with magnets onto metal frame/fixture. The other underglow lights are factory lights assembled with the scooter.

Very durable and well built assembly was a breeze . It takes about 5 minutes to fully assemble . Battery life is good if fully charged. Range We made it over 30 miles and the battery had 3 bars so it will definitely go further on full charge I like the fact that it can withstand different weights or heights . I like that you can pick which speed you want to go Fast mild or slower setting. Very compact when folded down and not to heavy. Highly recommend and buying another soon . Going up hills not a problem either . Cons . High speeds over 30 you might want to look into a damper. And the throttle is a twist on handle that twist towards you and is very touching so I’d look into a thumb throttle
