I purchased this bike for my son for Christmas, it worked great for about 2 months, one full battery charge. It then stopped working. It does absolutely nothing. I purchased the extended warranty, I contacted jetson who told me I’d get a call in 24 for instructions about getting a replacement. I gave it a week, I called back and they tell me they don’t have their warehouse inventory so I’ll be put on a list. Meanwhile, the bike is $50 cheaper than what I paid at Christmas and I can get it in 2 days. That makes absolutely no sense at all. The woman I spoke with was so much less than helpful. I asked for a supervisor and was told there is a waitlist for that too. I will never buy another Jetson product again. ... show more

Very good IF you ride it normally. Stay on pavement. Battery does not come pre-conditioned so you should ride it around and kill it a few times before you try to go anywhere. I broke my arm riding it but that can be attributed to stupidity and not a bad product.

I bought this e-bike to use while walking my rambunctious dog! I am a senior, and it is hard to keep up with her. She has done so well running next to the bike. It is very compact and easy to maneuver. It folds up so we are able to easily put it into the trunk and head to the boardwalk at the beach. Purchased this for my college student to get around campus. It worked welll until it didn’t. Why the 3 stars? Unfortunately, we needed to use the warranty cover as the charging pack was fried when he tried to use it after one snow day.
