I was able to flip the handle bars around so she can throttle left-handed. Big W on this purchase. I picked it up for $200 open box but it didn't look used or damaged. It broke and I had to return it my child had much fun until he was riding and the break let lose and his throttle didn’t work also went like 13mph max instead of 15.5 mph

Purchased this for my college student to get around campus. It worked welll until it didn’t. Why the 3 stars? Unfortunately, we needed to use the warranty cover as the charging pack was fried when he tried to use it after one snow day. The warranty was supposed to cover it but I got the run around from both Jetson and the warranty company. ... show more

Very good IF you ride it normally. Stay on pavement. Battery does not come pre-conditioned so you should ride it around and kill it a few times before you try to go anywhere. I broke my arm riding it but that can be attributed to stupidity and not a bad product.

I bought this e-bike to use while walking my rambunctious dog! I am a senior, and it is hard to keep up with her. She has done so well running next to the bike.
