We bought this scooter for my seven year old when he outgrew his previous scooter. We chose this one because of the size and because it folds. We were taking a family vacation and wanted to bring a scooter with us. The fact that it folds was super helpful for our vacation. We’ve had the scooter for two months now and it has held up really well. My child loves riding it and it seems very high quality. He is approximately 51 inches tall and we have the handlebar height adjusted to the middle section so it should be able to last for him for quite a while longer. He loves how it lights up on the handlebar and on the running board, the handlebars have nice thick rubber grips, and the wheels are nice and big. The only downside is that it is really hard to fold which can be frustrating. It doesn’t really bother us now because we don’t fold it often anymore now that we are home from vacation. But that was a little bit difficult dealing with when we were folding it often. However I still think the scooter is well worth the buy and is great quality for the money. ... show more

This scooter is cute, was a pain to assemble, but seemed to ride well. Unfortunately, the brake pad broke within the first two rides. She was riding on paved surfaces in a park, not off-roading or doing stunts. Just riding like a normal kid. We noticed the hole as soon as she got off. I'd say save your money and buy the bigger Jetson scooter that we also have which has had zero problems. ... show more

I’m very disappointed in this scooter. My son fell off the scooter multiple times by the handlebars falling apart. Yes, a screw and nut where provide it and tightly put on however, when a child goes to ride the scooter or moves the handlebars or tugs at the handle bars they fall off creating a fall and possible injury to children. The handlebars fell off my son scooter and He injured his side and has a very big bruise. ... show more

Got this for my soon to be 6 yr old. It’s the perfect size and he gets to zoom around like his brothers do. Only exception is he is all lit up and loves how cool it looks at night. Get value and put together very well for a low priced scooter. Definitely recommend.

These scooters are priced ok for the quality. Poor design and quality control issues from the factory make me wonder how fast and cheap they’re pumping these out. Lots of minor issues on the two I’ve bought like stripped screws, wobbly parts that require McGyver fixes.
