What you pay for is what you get. The frame is so low that it sits unbalanced on the board, the Velcro straps are poorly made and break easy. Pay more and go for the better Jetson Kart Frame with large wheel on the front and springs on the side levers. That one is a superb product, avoid this one.

This is not a universal add on. When I called their service line they said oh it’s universal to all jetson hoverboards. What? That’s not what I took universal to mean. The base that straps your hoverboard in is NOT ADJUSTABLE and yet there is absolutely nothing on the box to say what width it can accommodate.
