Well made but it takes time to get used to. Practice on a empty parking lot or basketball court. Keep an eye on the straps. They are velcro straps so they will get loose over time. Be Safe.

The media could not be loaded. 8wks of use with two kids 8 and 9. All use is off road, i did not use the velcro straps but rather metal band strapped them to the hover board. Front wheel bearings are loose but do not really affect steering.

Works great and as intended. Build was easy & self explanatory.My only complaint is the velcro straps, the straps are a hazard for children. They come undone to easily and production really should strongly consider replacing them with something more durable & yet easy to take off. A long enough belt would almost work better. After reading all of the 1 star ratings I was a bit hesitant. BUT! I got one anyway. I have 2 hover boards lying around that no one uses any more... I figured this would be a fun way to get some more use out of at least 1 of them. Item was brand new not used like so many seemed to have gotten. Works as advertised. I weigh 200 lbs. Weight limit on box says 250. This thing really moves! One can really get the performance out of this option! Great fun! I may get a second one! ... show more

My son(13 yo) wanted an electric go kart for Christmas and that was way out of budget($800+) but he was super happy to get this! It basically converts hoverboard into a go kart. He scoots around the house and neighborhood now. This does NOT include a battery. The hoverboard will need to be charged on its own like it normally would. We received the product with a set of hardware that was clearly intended for another product. None of the parts matched those in the assembly instructions and I gave them a try fir the sake of appeasing my daughter, and they clearly didn't fit. I decided to give the manufacturer a chance to rectify this. After a productive phone call that required me to send a screenshot proving I had indeed purchase this product, I thought all would be addressed soon. The customer service rep even said this was a recently common problem, which made me feel they'd address it quickly. Instead their customer service stonewalled me. After I proactively reached out through multiple venues they asked for more info that I immediately provided (pics of the hardware they sent). They were again nonresponsive, so I kept following up. Ultimately I gave up on them. Unfortunately I learned that by the time I had that they had done such a great job of stalling that I now cannot return the product through Amazon. That's $100 I'll never get back. Very disappointing. Given the alternatives available and their pervasive issue of providing the wrong hardware, I'd avoid this product if at all possible. ... show more

Used all season and my 6 year old loves it. My 11 year prefers her bike. Our Jetson Hover board has spent most of the time as a car for my 6 year old. One of the velcro straps are failing but it will be an ez fix when it goes. My scooter goes 18kph and the jetson almost keeps up before beeping for going to fast.
