My son got one for Christmas. He picked it up right away. He loves it. Only down fall is the battery doesn’t seem to last to long if your on it until it dies. Other than that, fun, decent price, definitely getting the extension too

This was horrible. I ordered this with the seat attachment with the "turbo boosters" for my 10 yr olds birthday. First, Amazon sent me a child carrier instead of the seat attachment. Then we finally got it straightened out. Out of the box the hoverboard looked great, lit up and felt solid. Seat attachment instructions were horrible and doest include where some parts go or even list some of the included parts. So we charged the hoverboard as directed, took it outside and it ran for about 10 minutes if that - level ground, 100lb 10 yr old child. It stopped and wouldn't stop beeping then just shut off. We charged it again as directed. Ran for only 3 minutes and shut off. We took the seat attachment off and recalibrated it, and it threw my child off with me still holding him. Recharged it because it was showing no battery again, then the stupid thing only spun in circles. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. Tried to download the app to work with it - the app shuts down and doesn't work either. (Insert eye roll here)It says it's up to 220 lbs, yet it won't run for my 100lb child. He was so excited to finally get a hoverboard and then the dumb thing doesn't work. I didn't even want an exchange just returned the whole thing. Junk and a waste of time to have to return it.(double eye roll)

Update: Item was returned and the new onw oweks as described.... It came brand new straight out of the box and does not work. Worst of all, it was the only thing that I was able to get my daughter for her birthday but she opened it and it isn't working. I am very disappointed in this product considering it is a Jetson product. I hope the replacement works or I will definitely be getting a refund. Also, I bought it a few weeks before her birthday and hadn't opened it prior so the replacement date had almost passed. It was only for a month and usually most items have a 60 day return policy but not this one. So check them when they arrive.

The media could not be loaded. Our 7 yr old son loves it, esp when we Bluetooth the music to it and the lights change colors to the beat! The off road tires do work on and off smooth surfaces. I would say biggest cons..Bluetooth hookup is not easy and he rode it for 2.5 hours straight and then it battery died.

My son loves this hoverboard. It is very durable. It can withstand cracks and takes a long time for the battery to die . The bluetooth is great and it is very cheap. And it is very fun for kids.Overall this product is an amazing buy.

Board works great and kid loves it! We also purchased the kart you can hook up to it. Unfortunately the kart was junk and didn’t work but the board is great! My only complaint is the speed alert. When you get to 10mph it starts beeping at you not stop and I haven’t figured out a way to go that off. Other than that it’s nice! Wheels light up bright, speakers sound good. I really like the beginner mode, makes it easy for us old folks to use it without becoming a viral video on TikTok

My kids received this as a gift for Christmas and they ride it frequently. It's battery life and speed are fast enough for them to want to play with it for long periods outside. It took a little practice for them to learn how to use it having never been on a hoverboard before, but it took the adults even longer! My teenager likes that he can connect it to bluetooth and listen to music while riding it. The wheels are large enough and sturdy enough to go over small pebbles or sticks on the sidewalk without getting stuck or jerking the rider.
