Board works great and kid loves it! We also purchased the kart you can hook up to it. Unfortunately the kart was junk and didn’t work but the board is great! My only complaint is the speed alert. When you get to 10mph it starts beeping at you not stop and I haven’t figured out a way to go that off. Other than that it’s nice! Wheels light up bright, speakers sound good. My 9 year old son loves it, he uses it multiple times a day. Battery life is as advertized. The app and control of settings for it could be a little better. It disconnects or freezes up in the app sometimes but once you set it up how the user likes it you dont need to be connected for control. The speaker part works great and plays spotify with no trouble. Its just the changing options like color of lights or turn sensitivity that it gets hung up sometimes. This is a minor complaint for me and over all its a wonderful hoverboard. We like it a lot more then the razor it replaced.

This was horrible. I ordered this with the seat attachment with the "turbo boosters" for my 10 yr olds birthday. First, Amazon sent me a child carrier instead of the seat attachment. Then we finally got it straightened out. Out of the box the hoverboard looked great, lit up and felt solid. Seat attachment instructions were horrible and doest include where some parts go or even list some of the included parts. So we charged the hoverboard as directed, took it outside and it ran for about 10 minutes if that - level ground, 100lb 10 yr old child. It stopped and wouldn't stop beeping then just shut off. We charged it again as directed. Ran for only 3 minutes and shut off. We took the seat attachment off and recalibrated it, and it threw my child off with me still holding him. Recharged it because it was showing no battery again, then the stupid thing only spun in circles. To say I'm frustrated is an understatement. Tried to download the app to work with it - the app shuts down and doesn't work either. (Insert eye roll here)It says it's up to 220 lbs, yet it won't run for my 100lb child. He was so excited to finally get a hoverboard and then the dumb thing doesn't work. I didn't even want an exchange just returned the whole thing. Junk and a waste of time to have to return it.(double eye roll)

I absolutely love this product. It’s very safe I was afraid at first buying a hover board hearing that they have blown up in the past this one is certified and you can add protection plans. It plays music super loud it’s like a party when I ride it to my friends houses it goes fast it doesn’t throw you off it’s very east to control when it’s about to die it will tilt up on its own and start beeping so you know to be cautions and no rocks or anything gets caught in the off road tires amazing quality!!!!!!!!

I'd like to start by saying this board itself is a 5 star board, easily. This thing has power & feels solid & durable. The lights are great & the Bluetooth sound capabilities are clear with good volume. The ONLY reason I deducted a star is for the Jetson Ride app that enables capabilities on the board. The app is not usable therefore rendering some features unusable, such as speed control & auto balance. I have been e mailing Jetson since I purchased these a few months ago. They have been responsive & kept in contact, assuring me they're working on the issue, but have yet to provide a solution. Now I'll tell you what I love about this board. I bought these models specifically because we purchased the go cart attachments to go with them. After comparing tons (and tons) of boards, the Hali X had much more power, speed, off road capabilities, battery life & distance (like, a LOT more) than most boards. The weight capabilities are way more as well (215lbs I think? ) & they all stand up to Jetsons claims. I'm a 6' female, 145lbs, and I can HAUL on this thing!!🤣 With the light show & paired with your favorite tunes, this thing is an absolute riot. We go cart race all over, inside & out, and laugh until our stomachs hurt. If you're getting a board for a cart, this is hands down, absolutely,100%, without a doubt the board you want!! Hopefully Jetson gets the app cleared up & I will happily come back & drop that 5th star!

Is the charging port just open? Doesn’t have a cover to keep out debris, water or anything else? Mine was delivered today but it doesn’t have anything to cover the port when I’m not charging it.
