    • Customer service and replacement product both bad

Just about 60 day after buying this scooter it completely stopped working. We noticed the wires had rubed clean though on a missing rubber stoper that was missing.. we called customer service who told us to take photos and email them to Jetson. We did this and they said they would send a replacement as soon as we sent it back. We did send it back and about 3 weeks later an new scooter was sent to us. But it was not the same one we bought they send a "knight" one and it is not nearly a good as the one we bought originally. The wheels are not the same the battery life is about half and it has no power to go up hill. The original blue one was more powerfull. after a few rides on the Knight the back fender broke off and that is how the back light works so now there is no tail light.. I have email Jetson multiple times and all they say is send photos of the issue with no reply after that. It's been 4 months since the original issue took place with no resolve. So frustrating. If they remedie this issue I'll update this review. ... show more

    • Good for the price but not long lasting

Bought this for my tween last Christmas. As another reviewer keenly pointed out, hitting the brakes and skidding (which kids delight in) will make the wheel lopsided. It's around $50 to replace the back wheel but since it is not possible for a normal human being to take a solid rubber tire off the rim and put the new tire on the rim, expect to pay $100 total for replacing that back wheel + rim. The back fender/rear foot brake broke off after a couple months. When I went online to buy a replacement part I noticed this part seems to break often for scooters. All of that said, this is the perfect commuter ride for my tween who goes 9 blocks to get to school and feels like the queen of the world whenever she rides this. I could've gotten her a nicer one, but she's a tween and is going to wear things out quickly. If you buy this for a kid please warn them not to skid when they brake and to avoid ever using the rear foot brake. Also, if you live in a rainy climate like me, don't ride in the rain. The splash up can damage the electric motor. This scooter is not nearly as water-proof as the the rental scooters you see around town. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. very good quality well built and for the unbeatable price I really weigh 300 pounds and it was able to reach 14 miles per hour I never thought it would do that the brake also works excellent and the acceleration is immediate I loved it it's more than I thought
