I bought this as a christmas gift for my son but due to unforeseen circumstances, it stayed at his grandparents' house from winter until spring, during which time it remained packed in its original box and was never opened. When we attempted to use it in the spring, it would not hold a charge and would quit running after 30 seconds of use. Customer service told us we could not initiate a warranty replacement because the battery life was affected by failure to charge it once a month "while it was in storage." Customer service then declared the service chat "timed out" after less than a minute of waiting for my response, despite taking over a minute to respond to my messages. ... show more

I bought this item for my son and after 1 week of use, it kept shutting off fully charged then stopped working all together. I reached out to the manufacturer without a reply. So, I requested a replacement from Amazon instead. The replacement came, plugged it in to charger for the first time and it NEVER turned on! I called Amazon last week and they told me they would send me another replacement arriving June 3rd and to discard the one I had. Well, it is now June 10th and I haven't received a 2nd replacement so I called Amazon again. The didn't know what I was talking about and refused to replace the broken one and to send the old one back AGAIN! Thank god I didn't throw it away as advised from the other Amazon representative. They said there were no replacements available when I complained and told me to use the refund to buy another one. I asked, "if I use the refund to buy another one, since u stated to me there weren't any, why cant you replace it and keep my money?. They didn't have a reply that even made sense. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with Amazon, Jetson and their crappy product. I will NOT be buying this for the 3rd time and advise to stay away from any Jetson products. ... show more
