I'm a trim carpenter and we use the oscillating saw a lot. Not a lot of hardwoods or metal...just med/softwoods and drywall. You tend to go through blades on the reg but these have been holding up. Roughly a blade a day or two with all day usage. Hitting a drywall screw or a heavier gauge nail is gonna damage most blades anyways, so getting a good deal with bulk blades that last ALMOST as long as the expensive blades, is worth it. Recommended! If you don't know, save your old/busted teeth blades for the drywall. Drywall will grind down your new wood blades fast and if you don't use a drywall blade, old wood blades work just as good. If you hit a screw, no worries! ... show more

I've been cutting a lot of wood with these and I'm surprised at how well they hold up. I haven't tried cutting nails or anything other than wood yet. I'll be buying another set of these soon to ensure I have plenty in stock.

One thing I will say is you get what you pay for. They are way cheaper per piece than the name brands so I don’t feel so bad when they wear out.
