    • Very Dangerous !!!! Do Not Use !!!! Ruined my Hot Tub !!!!!
Purchased this heater to help keep my Hot Tub hot in the winter. I followed the directions, says never use for more than 3 hours at a time. I set a timer for 1 hour and went and checked on it, everything was fine, water was getting hotter. I set a second timer for another hour and about 15 minutes later I had a smoke alarm going off, luckily I was close to my hot tub and was able to unplugged the heater. I don’t know what exactly happened but the unit obviously shorted out and the top plastic melted causing the metal square guard to fall off the heater and burned a hole into my hot tub destroying both the heater and my hot tub !!!! ... show more

    • Bought two NEITHER worked!
Asked for seller info to reach out and try to troubleshoot issues. Was denied and told return or replace. I opted for a replacement which did not work either. Had to return both and am now searching for a reliable replacement.
