Worked well for me...
Size: 1 in-2 sheets
I dont know how true it is, but heard in a dry form this can cause minor respiratory issues. I was using for cloning and worked well. The humidity hut keep clone material moist.

works
Size: 1.5 in-2 sheets
good for seed starts but i much prefer the convenience of Grodan cubes--they are completely separated and individually wrapped in plastic tape.

First attempt to use rockwool didn't go well
Size: 1.2 in-4 sheets
I've never use rock wool before. I read instructions and watched a couple videos. I found these difficult to work with. They split apart and didn't stay intact when I tried using them.

Ok
Size: 1.5 in-2 sheets
We used these to try and grow some seedling vegetables and the ph was off so will stick to the more expensive ones.

We'll keep it as a spare...
Size: 1 in-2 sheets
This item is good and will work well in a pinch. But we ordered the wrong size. Those working with hydroponics will do well with these if they have smaller cups to grow in. Those with the Gardyn system will want the next size up.

small for rockwool, I should have ordered the 1 1/2!
Size: 1 in-2 sheets
too small for use

Works good.
Size: 1 in-4 sheets
This works good. Holds moisture good. Only issue I have is that it falls apart too easy when cutting it into individual pieces. Even with a sharp razor.
