This jacket is super cute, the inside is so soft, and it’s very warm. However the zipper is sewed where it constantly catches the jacket material in it when zipping up. Also, the belt constantly comes unlatched. It’s very annoying while grocery shopping or similar. I’m going to keep it because it’s cute and I really needed a jacket and don’t feel like returning and finding another. Maybe I will try to find another belt for it. ... show more

I was so excited when I saw this. I ordered and it continued to be delayed. When I finally did get it I was excited to try it on. It came zipped up and I had a very difficult time . It took a while but I was finally able to get unzipped. I loved how soft it was but I couldn’t zip it up more than an inch, ugh! I actually had to wiggle out of it. I was so disappointed and sad with how bad quality was especially because I had to wait so long for it to arrive. I’ll be returning it tomorrow. ... show more
