Looks beautiful. This came five days BEFORE anticipated. It was easy to put together. Took two of us about thirty minutes. Second person needed to balance because you put the back on before the legs. While connecting the back to the arms, a screw was stripped trying to pull everything tight. The arms did not line up perfectly so longer screws were needed to pull tight. My husband just got a couple more screws that were a little longer and it pulled together just fine.

Arrived, packaged well. Not complicated to put together, however arrived with missing screws…so could not sit on it without worry of breaking. Also, I ordered the black one and paint easily chips when putting it together. I didn’t feel like sending it back (box thrown out already by husband), so chipped areas covered with black sharpee’ pen. Easy fix. Notified manufacturer and was informed they would send me missing screws. Had to notify them several more times before screws actually finally sent to me. Looks nice in entryway. Only giving it 3 stars due to ease at paint chipping and lengthy process time it took to receive the missing screws.

The item came broken. The back spindle was broken and the long crossbars on the base were also broken. The product is made of very poor quality and does not feel stable. I'm still trying to figure out how to get a refund. I am being asked to pay to return a broken product for almost 50% of the value (return cost ~$70). Do not buy this item. Check the return and refund policies ahead of time!
