I read all the very positive and even the few negative reviews. I watched the videos to see how this brand constructs their furniture and it looked solid so I want ahead and ordered the satin teal velvet. It arrived faster than 48 hours, precisely within my scheduled time slot for delivery. It was easy to get out of the box and I just screwed on the feet. And it’s just frackin gorgeous and comfy and I love it! The color is just amazing. I would call the color a soft peacock blue...And the cushions are a wonderful in between of firm and soft. It’s a full size couch but it’s got a small footprint! Update: Aug 30, 2020...this couch gets softer and more beautiful with time and it wears so well and cleans up fast. I’ve enjoyed this couch for a couple weeks now and I’m still so pleased with this purchase. The velvet is a beautiful dark navy blue, a very good quality material by how dense and consistent it is. I was worried that the padding on the back might be too thin, but it is perfectly cushioned. Very comfortable no matter how I sit in it! I can lay out across it with my head resting on the edge of the cushioning on the arm (like I am as I write this) and be at risk of nodding off! The round pillows that come with it are handy to tuck behind me for the added lumbar support I need, too. No creaks or groans when I sit down, so the frame seems sturdy. I'd been stalking this sofa for sometime, taking into account all the details provided by the vendor, in the reviews and in the Q&A. I'm pretty disappointed in this sofa, and here's why... 1. I do not recommend for taller people. The sofa sits very low... uncomfortably low for someone who's 6 feet tall. The vendor responded to a question about the seat height, indicating it's 20" high, this is incorrect. The measurement of the seat's height is actually 18". 2. Perhaps not easily identifiable in the attached photos, but the sofa's cushions weren't the same shade; one was lighter than the other. Most likely wouldn't be noticeable to my guests, but I noticed it soon after unwrapping the sofa. 3. The dimensions provided by the vendor are not accurate; 33" wide x 84" long x 31.5" high... when in fact, the sofa is really only 82.5" long (measured from end to end), 32" wide (measured from back of sofa to front of arm), and 31" tall/high (measured from floor to top of arm). Again, not a sofa i'd recommend for those of you who are tall. This is a short-person's sofa. On the plus side, the delivery was great (I paid extra to deliver inside entry and the delivery person helped me unpack and inspect), and the sofa was well packaged by the vendor. So while i'm disappointed, I'd still recommend, as it is a sleek, modern sofa, if that's what you're looking for. The velvet is buttery soft, too. This is an absolutely gorgeous couch. The velvet is super soft, the color is incredibly rich. I'm not sure how the cushions will hold up, but you can't beat the price. I am in love.

I searched for days for a quality sofa that was made well but didn't cost a fortune. I have a smaller living room and needed something more compact in design. This sofa is beautiful and the velvet fabric is very soft. We are happy with it, overall. The cushions are firm, but still comfortable. The two round bolster pillows are a really nice design touch but not super comfy to lay your head on (I fell asleep on one by accident and woke up with a sore neck). I love the rich charcoal gray color that goes well with everything. The back of the sofa is very straight and firm, so if you want a more upright compact sofa style that doesn't sprawl all over your room, this sofa is a good option. The sides of the sofa are straight up and down, boxy, and very tall, so do not expect to rest your arm on the arm rest--it's too high. We had bought a sofa online before this one and it was a pile of junk that fell apart in 6 months. Make sure you read the details on how they are constructed. This one is well built and good quality. I expect it should last for several years. It feels sturdy and not cheap and wobbly. The seat cushions are reversible and the cushion covers will zip off which is nice for cleaning. The seat base is well made with springs and not just a cheap fiber board base covered in fiber fill like many sofas you find online. It comes already assembled in a huge box, you just need to screw on the legs. Overall we are very happy with the purchase and recommend the sofa. I would buy from this brand again. ... show more
