So it allows you the choice of relocation or other means. I did not use the supplied wire, I elected to use a chain with carabiner hook.

Not a heavy duty rack by any means, but the quality is good for the price point. I have mine mounted to the garage interior wall (2 x 4 studs), which worked well. Instructions are clear, and the assembly hardware was good/what I expected. The only point of concern for me are the J cups, which we'll see how those hold up over time.

This has been a pretty great rack for the past 3 months of ownership. Can’t beat it for the price. Love the dip bars included. Definitely not the most robust rack out there, but for a cheap home gym solution it does the trick.

Pretty impressive for the price. The chin up bar is strong but a little thin for hands, I will wrap mine for more grip. The parts were well packaged and instructions were clear. No problem with 250’ hanging from it. I bolted a 2x8 to the wall and then bolted the cage to that. More extra parts than I expected. So I’d say it’s a good deal for the price.

This folding squat rack has been a great addition to my setup. The materials feel strong and durable, and it holds weight without any issues, even during heavier lifts. It feels stable and well-built, which is exactly what you want in a rack. One of my favorite features is the ability to fold it in when not in use. It saves a lot of space and makes it perfect for a garage or smaller workout area. I’ve already recommended it to several people and will definitely continue to do so.
