If you’re a home gym type of person this thing is perfect. I had alot of weights already so I didn’t have to buy any, so be aware you will have to buy your own weights but this thing comes with a lot of attachments and is very sturdy . Take a bit of time to set up not crazy about it coming in 3 boxes but I really have no other complains .

This power cage is great. Assembly was easy, and it comes with awesome accessories. With this cage you can go super heavy squats, bench. You can also do isolation movements galore. Overall great purchase, highly recommended!

I would buy a different one. First off the the chains directly supporting the weight are so light and thin and presumably aluminum and after loading weight on it I personally wouldn’t trust anything over 90 lbs on it. And if the chain were to snap you’re out of luck because there are no spares included in the kit. In fact there and no spares of anything. Not even one spare bolt or washer. Any other issue is with the seat that attaches to the safety bar for left pull downs and such, there is no bar to go over your knees so there’s no possible way to use any weight close to your body weight. My main issue with the whole thing is the pole which the weight travels along. The fitting for the piece holding the weight and the pole is so tight I could barely get it on and it literally just rubs against each other. There is so much friction that the mechanical tension throughout any movement fluctuates dramatically and it isn’t optimal for any form of training. For example, you have to overcome the force of the weights and the force of the friction which I found makes me reach failure way faster than I normally would and not in a good way. And on the eccentric the friction takes a large portion of the weight off making it feel light. Keep in mind that you’ll have to perfectly split your weight between the two prongs where the weight sits or it pulls one side into the pull making the friction even worse and basically unusable.

The media could not be loaded. Its perfect. I must say follow the instructions. If you see that the holes do not line up , its because you did not follow the instructions. Keep base bolts lose until all parts are installed in the bottom base. Good machine for the money 💰 trust , comes in 3 boxes not 4.

This cage is amazing. I only gave it 4 stars because it's a pain to put together. You will definitely need at least 2 people. I used power tools to tighten the bolts once put together to insure it's tight and secure.
