I liked this tent except for the fact the canopy came ripped. Easy to set up with two people. Comes with sandbags to attach to post. You must add your own sand. Nice carrying case. Never got to use it for an event. Had to return. Returning was a bit of a hassle. Ups told me that I had to pay to print the label to return. Although Amazon says return without packaging the UPS store said I could package it or they could just return it in the case. I didn't want to risk any further damage on the return so I gathered the box it came in and tried to tape it together to send back. ... show more

When we received the awning and opened the box, we noticed the roller/carrying bag was ripped. When we filled the weight bags with sand and picked one of them up, the handle came right off. Very disappointed in the quality. I need an awning for my weekly vendor events and don't have time to return this and order something else. See attached pictures. ... show more

Lasted all season, pretty much up everyday except T-storm days for 4 months no issues. Easy to set up we screwed to a deck. No reason it won’t last for a few seasons.

I got this tent for a vendor event, and silly me didn’t weigh the things down- I know, it comes with sand bags, but I wasn’t thinking clearly, obviously. The tent flipped over a few times into a ride that was set up behind me- thankfully this was before the fair opened, and the tent is still in great shape! I did weigh it down before the fair opened. I love the roof part, it is very nice for hanging lights and makes it feel more open. I’ll probably pull it out again next summer for bbqs in the back yard. I like it a lot. ... show more

We purchased this when our previous canopy was caught up in heavy winds and tossed about 50 yards. This is a well built canopy, and once i figured out the instructions, it's very easy to set up and take down with only one person. It obviously goes faster with a second, but can definitely be done with one. It was about a half foot taller and longer than I thought it was, but it was a welcome surprise.     • Cheaply stitched
Upon assembly had the velcro pieces on the corners rip as the cover was being put on. After closer inspection the rivets that held it had already broken causing this failure. Also stitching on the cover was failing. Hopefully this can be rectified. This is not a cheap canopy to have this happen. Purchased this canopy for a family get together. Have had a lot of pop up canopy's and this one is the best. Set up in 5 mins. We have had it up for 6 weeks during wind and rain storms and no issues. We did anchor it to the ground with spikes. Great Product
