Description

Jean Robicheaux is the middle brother of a pack of wild and crazy siblings. Always the quiet, unassuming brother, he'd married too young, divorced, and went to work for his brother at REAPER. Too old to be looking for a replacement wife, Jean is content in helping his REAPER-Patriot family. When Tristan asks him to help with his sister, Rose, he's more than happy to help a brother. The problem is, Rose Evers is hiding something. Something that could endanger everyone on their property. She's stubborn, annoying, and the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. None of that will change the fact that he's going to find out what it is she's hiding. Then, he'll make her his. Rose Evers thought she could go home and get some relief under the protection of her older brother. What she didn't expect was the big, muscular stranger sticking his nose in her business. No matter what direction she turned, he was there and he was damn hard to ignore. Running from the law is one thing, but running when you are the law, that's an entirely different matter. Read more

  • Another great story.
I just wished I like Ro and Jean more. It's a case where I liked the supporting characters more. The story was fantastic though. Really looking forward to Jax and Ellie. I think it's the first 2nd generation as Ellie is Nine's daughter.

  • This could be happening right now...
First, I absolutely loved all of the strong, patriotic warriors of the Steel Patriots and Reaper, and having them merge into one supergroup was a sound, logical conclusion. How I wish those brave men and women were real, right now, when they are so desperately needed and wanted by the majority of Americans who are shocked, disgusted, disillusioned, and still wondering how so many thoroughly corrupt, inept, moronic anti-America individuals helped each other gain power over decades, willing to do anything to attain their only true goals: money and power over all. None of these traitors have exceptional intelligence. In fact, the opposite is true. They simply used their decades in office to foster relationships with those equally morally bankrupt cronies which brought them to where they are today. And not a single one of them has faced charges, despite overwhelming evidence. I applaud Mary Kennedy for her thought provoking, enlightening, titillating, and unique take on the genre of motorcycle clubs. If the SPMC was real the 1% type of MC would be obliterated, political insanity would be reversed, media would be unbiased, and mutual respect and caring would reign. Thank you, Mary Kennedy for igniting a glimmer of hope. And thanks, too, for the smoking hot sex scenes that my husband and I so enjoy emulating! ... show more

  • LOVED IT!
Another one bites the dust😘I am so happy that I discovered Ms Kennedy and her incredible storytelling! I figured that she probably has a lot more scenarios and different venues and characters, but I hope she never ends the Reaper/Steel Patriots series!!😍📚

  • Good
It’s crazy keeping up with all the characters from all the previous books, but this was still a fun book to read. Lots of strong characters facing realistic issues. Mama Irene is awesome. I love the way the story wrapped up. Very clever.

  • Jean & Ro
I enjoyed this addition to the series, but sometimes it really get bogged down with the author explaining who is who and who is with who.

  • Amazing as always
This book reminds me of some espionage books I've read in the past. Great love story though and introductions to the next book. I can't wait to download the next one! Enjoy!
