I had an older model of JBL true wireless earbuds, and liked them a lot but was ready for an upgrade. I grabbed these and have been incredibly happy. They sound great and feel great in my ears. I wear them to work often, and so if I'm doing a lot of moving, they will sometimes loosen a little bit, but I almost always am able to feel it and push them back in before they fall out. The touch features take a little while to get used to. But if you handle the buds by holding the outside, instead of the middle, I find I don't usually trigger the touch functions accidentally. It's not a perfect system, but I really like the ability to pause/play, FF/RW, control noise cancelling by only touching the earbuds - I don't have to pull out my phone. The noise cancelling isn't PERFECT (they're earbuds, I think FULL noise cancelling kind of requires over-ear headphones) but it is pretty impressive. I will sometimes use it will shoveling or doing outdoor work and it cuts out a LOT of the noise. The battery life is great, and I have yet to kill them in a single day. Even if I am using both for a couple hours while I work, I toss em back in the case while I take a break, and they charge enough in that time that I never have issues. And I like the wireless charging ability. Overall, very very happy with these. I'm sure that more expensive ones could offer some improvements, but these are great for the price point. ... show more

Overall, these aren't the most amazing ear buds. I've had them for 8 months and use them regularly (at least once a day). Sound Quality is great. I have connectivity issues semi-regularly (about once a week). Battery life is pretty short compared to others on the market. I get ~4 hours per earbud. They're a comfortable size, but if your ears are even a little bit sweaty or greasy of waxy, they will constantly slip out. Different tips have not changed that. Because of this I've had to switch what I use at the gym because the buds will slip out mid-set. They're easy to use, but the touch controls are pretty sensitive and you will catch yourself accidentally pausing, skipping, or switching the ambient controls. Overall, I liked them, but I wouldn't own another pair and definitely wouldn't buy them full price. ... show more

I'm so tired of dealing with JBL. I buy remanufactured from Amazon with a one year warranty. This model is the closest concert hall in your ears as JBL has produced. You need to know how to set it up for what you expect. And KEEP THEM CLEAN. Friends say I am not as easily heard with these. Because the 4 microphone are inside your ear canal. I find that I sound great using relatively inexpensive VIBE 200 TWS. Probably because each bud has three microphones on each stem. I ran down batteries on a different model from JBL , and when I switched to the VIBE 200 TWS my friend said she thought I was sick using the other pair. If I could get bass out of them I would rate them 5 star but JBL is tough on allowing aftermarket silicone tips to close off my ear canal which is why the bass sounds anemic. I'm sure the bass is fine. Try a different tip and the case won't close or charge. I feel like I work for JBL. I bought an improved version, the VIBE 300 TWS but when they arrived I found they have no ear tips. They fall out of my ears instantly. Chinese ear buds. I sent them right back. Long time on the return and warranty return. Too much work. Read up and don't spend $250. Good products, but it's work finding them. DO NOT ORDER! PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED! BEWARE! I purchased theses earbuds for Christmas for my son. I'm a single mom and this was the only gift I had to give him. They are used earbuds with ear wax in the earbuds and in the charging case!! The box itself you can see it was already opened and the product had already been used just by looking at the box. I'm heartbroken because now I don't have anything else to give to my young son on Christmas. Please do not purchase this.
