The JBL Clip 4 is an awesome little speaker that packs a solid punch for its size. The sound is clear, the bass is decent, and the built-in carabiner makes it super convenient to clip onto backpacks, bikes, or pretty much anything else. It’s tough, portable, and reliable—perfect for on-the-go listening. That said, if you have a bit of extra budget, I’d definitely recommend checking out the JBL Clip 5. It has a redesigned carabiner with more clearance, making it even easier to attach to a wider variety of things. Plus, it supports firmware updates and EQ customization through the JBL app—something the Clip 4 doesn’t offer. The Clip 5 also gets just a bit louder, which is nice if you’re using it outdoors or in noisier environments.
