Tried it a couple times and thought there was a problem as coffee barely pour out. I had to adjust to a more course ground. I guess I've been used to an Arabic ground which is pretty fine on machines I've used in the past. After I made that adjustment in made espresso as expected. I'm thinking of trying another brand basket to make it less ground picky. Overall a solid 4 stars. I bought it with a coupon so it was a good deal for the final price.

Too light weight with not fixation in the table make difficult to put the filter without grabbing the coffee maker . The machine brew too much quantity for my taste both one shot and doubke shot. Tried to reconfigure but it did not keep the configuration. For people who likes light coffee is good . I love strong coffee . Noise level are really comfortable. Looks nice but not for me .easy to use and clean

This espresso machine works as advertised. Makes espresso, steams milk, can dispense hot water. Easy enough to operate. Good build quality. Looks cool on my kitchen counter. Can recommend.

I never leave reviews let alone bad ones but Im not happy about spending money on garbage. I’ve had the machine for less than 5 months and it’s malfunctioned at least 3 times. I’m a clean freak and make sure to always clean out the filter and steam wand with each use as well as descale the machine so I know it’s not something I’m doing. When turning the knob to steam, the coffee starts brewing or water starts pouring out of the brewing head - so not only is there a mess but I’m also wasting coffee. When I try to look up the products warranty on Amazon it tells me to contact the seller but then there’s no way to do that either. There’s no website and the only email I’ve been able to find is one on the products handbook (which is not the seller). I just emailed them so I’ll be waiting on the response. I feel like I’ve been scammed.. and I’ve had cheaper espresso machines that work better than this.

This is very easy to operate. Extremely convenient how smaller it is compared to other espresso machines fits on my counter just quite nice and makes great espressos.

The media could not be loaded. Weak pressure: if filling up coffee up to the max line there won’t be almost any water coming through. So you have to do 1 cup size espresso at a time and not to the max, you get diluted espresso as a result. Also not consistent in amount you get. Frothing function broke: There is a knob that switches to steam and water mode for the frothing. Something broke internally that redirects the flow after couple months. Update: after couple more month the coffee making part also broke. Now the water isn’t coming anywhere.

It was 'fine' for 3 months then just entirely stopped working. It didn't really put out the amount of coffee youd want. It tasted awful the last time it worked which maybe was a hint. Then entirely stopped working. $180 worth of trash.
