These exercise bands have been a great addition to our home gym. The variety of weight is a nice assortment for beginners and intermediate workouts. The door attachment is super easy to use and I don’t feel it move once everything has been set into place and I begin using them. The clips work wonderfully and are easy to use to change out to different bands. I really like that the door attachment allows me to have a workout practically anywhere. The only thing I would do differently if I were to buy these again is get them in bright different colors. I love gray but it makes it difficult at times to grab the right band/weight because it’s not overly obvious which shade of gray is what weight whereas there would be a huge difference between yellow and red. Love and learn. They still work wonderfully.

I’m a valued prime member who doesn’t write reviews. Shame on me but your product is a high quality product. Though one of your clips were not shaved properly prior to final inspection and had a thorn of metal sticking out of the hinge which sliced my finger but I understand mass production. I am a healthy gym enthusiast and especially during this quarantine we are left with limited outdoor options while our gyms are closed. I had received your product way under anticipated time due to shipping delays from the pandemic, mine came early. The kit comes with leg resistant bands, leg straps(2), 5 multi weight resistant bands ranging from 10lbs to 50lbs. For those who think bigger is badder, you misunderstand that resistance bands with this selection is enough to tone and stay cut. Worse case scenario you can double up and add beyond 50lbs. It comes with a soft rubber anchor which is correct to prevent damage to a door frame and hold onto your heavy pulls and back workouts. For $60, this comes with two mini portable carry totes one for the leg resistant bands and a bigger for the whole set of upper body resistant bands. While this is day two, I alway feel hesitant stretching this far as I am 6 Ft tall and doing flys in the air while standing on the band is stretching it to a risky max but guess what? The band is high quality so for the moment, it stands as 5 star. As for those reading this thinking it can be a review like the rest, I do know what reviews mean and do to a company as my job relies on open table and trip advisor reviews for all the chefs I oversee at my establishment and the customers reviews are what you need for validity. I am a chef that depends on these reviews for criticism and correction that goes to the gym 5-6 days a week to keep inspired at my job and home. These resistance bands are a great bargain pack buy and again I am proudly delivering 5 stars for your product. Those at home during the quarantine, don’t hesitate. This set of exercise bands and tubes is well-built, and each item is labeled with the weight and/or intensity. The whole set packs into two small drawstring bags which can be packed in a suitcase. No excuses for not exercising while traveling!
