Iโ€™ve had many espresso makers and this one has been the best The espresso, comes out very creamy . The taste is really good . The machine takes a few seconds to start, but otherwise it works really well. It does not take up a lot of counter space either .

it's not a fancy espresso machine, but that's part of the beauty of it. you don't need to be a barista to know how to use one. we are not coffee snobs at this house, but we do enjoy strong coffee, so this was perfect. it's a quick way to get a really nice and smooth cup of espresso in the morning in just a couple minutes. the set includes a scoop/tamper combo, but it's plastic and not one that I would be comfortable putting much force into, so I would definitely plan on getting a 51mm tamper to compliment the machine. we did find that we got the best results from a "turkish coffee" grind from the store, rather than just an espresso grind. This is my first espresso maker and I have fallen in love with the cappuccino! I am not really great at it yet but itโ€™s a work in progress. They send you all you need to get started except a milk steaming pitcher but you can use a glass if you need to. I like that it has a decent sized water container on the back so you arenโ€™t havenโ€™t to refill it all the time. The milk steamer does spit out water before it does the steam, I am not sure if that is normal or not, but I thought I would note in on the review. The media could not be loaded. This is such a quaint space saving coffee maker. Absolutely love the stainless steel look, and the slim design fits perfectly in between the odd space between my refrigerator and cooktop. Setup is easy.
