Great bike, it was very easy to assemble works extremely well. I can get it up to 35mph!! The battery lasts for a long time, rids smooth and stable. I would recommend to anyone that asks and I’m probably going to order the second one soon.

    • One bike arrived used (refurbed) bike.

I would have given these a full 5 stars but one of the two bikes was obviously NOT new. It was refurbed. The screws holding the handle bar two were bent indicating someone had tried to force them in. Luckily they were not cross threaded so they still worked although wobbly when screwing in or out. The tire extrusion "nibs" were worn off on one bike. These normally wear off within the 1st ten miles of use. The second bike was new with nibs & no bent screws. The nuts holding the front wheel where scarred up like someone had taken a pliers to them instead of using a socket wrench. Not a biggie sine the nuts are covered by plastic covers. Both bikes performed fine so I am not going to ask for any returns or refunds. I would recommend the second rider foot supports be shipped removed, they are in the way if you try to peddle, unless you have a size 4 shoe. Be prepared to remove these right off the bat as it makes the bike unsafe to peddle catching your heel on the passenger pegs. My wife and I took a short 5 mile ride around the neighborhood and they are very enjoyable and comfortable to ride. Quiet, powerful and nice balance. We did not open them up but in speed assist 4 out of 9 we got up to 28 MPH which is plenty fast for us. The front suspension adjustment is a bit of a mystery The instructions say to unlock the suspension, turn the knobs at the top of the forks full clockwise and then to adjust turn +/- based on the markings. I saw no markings so I left them unlocked. Suspension seems fine to us. The seat is NOT adjustable. I am 5'7" and my wife is 5'6". I had to sit back a bit on the seat but it was fine for me. A tall person would have issues with the low seat. I would recommend these bikes. Great value for the money. We shall see how they hold up. ... show more

Great bike don’t make the same mistake I made, I spent hours looking over bikes so much so I completely missed the fact that the bike is not water proof and the tires are not puncher proof. I can tell you I love my bike it can really get up and go it has plenty of power and a great smooth ride I’m really impressed on how well it is made and it was simple to assemble. I researched hundreds of electric bikes and this one was listed as excellent not just on the Amazon website. If you want a bike that can go through water don’t get this one but they do have other great bikes to meet your needs and I was really impressed with how long the batteries last I rode for an hour and it only went down one bar and I didn’t pedal at all,I would recommend it to anyone that ask. ... show more

Very easy to assemble, has plenty of power thought I wanted it to go 50 mph got up to 40 mph was fast enough. On flat can get up to low 30’s mph. It has great acceleration and pedal assistance really allows you to climb some steep hills. This is a very good value for the price.

    • Failed after 8 miles however Jasion support made it right.
Assembly was quite easy and at first everything seemed good. I got 8 miles into a ride in the Smokie Mountains when the pedal assist stopped working. I searched the internet and this seems to be a common issue. I attempted to reset the bike as per instructions I found online and it does nothing to fix my problem. I've contacted Jasion support from their website but haven't heard back from them. This bike is too heavy for me to pedal without pedal assist. Buyer beware. 1 star for right now. If they respond and provide a fix then I will update the review. UPDATE #1 - I've been going back and forth with Jasion customer support is attempt to get this bike repaired. If you need to contact them be prepared to do email exchanges. I'm guessing by the time of replies that I'm exchanging emails with someone in China. They are very courteous and they are very clear with the information they require. In my case they are going to send me a replacement motor, which just happens to be on a 2 - 3 week backorder. They are giving me back $50 for my inconvenience. They will also pay for the work being done at a repair shop if I prefer to do that. My guess would be that I would have to pay first then they would reimburse for the repair. In any case, they have been very helpful in putting things right. Upgraded to 2 stars for now. UPDATE #2 - I received the replacement motor, actually the complete rear wheel assembly. This has fixed the issue I had and now I have a spare rim and tire. I'm still pessimistic, maybe because it failed so quickly and I see a lot of the same failures when searching the internet. Which may not be good for tall folks with long legs. I have shorter legs at 5’8” and I sit back on seat and it still requires full motion of my knees. ... show more
