Great bike don’t make the same mistake I made, I spent hours looking over bikes so much so I completely missed the fact that the bike is not water proof and the tires are not puncher proof. I can tell you I love my bike it can really get up and go it has plenty of power and a great smooth ride I’m really impressed on how well it is made and it was simple to assemble. I researched hundreds of electric bikes and this one was listed as excellent not just on the Amazon website. If you want a bike that can go through water don’t get this one but they do have other great bikes to meet your needs and I was really impressed with how long the batteries last I rode for an hour and it only went down one bar and I didn’t pedal at all,I would recommend it to anyone that ask.

Assembly was quite easy and at first everything seemed good. I got 8 miles into a ride in the Smokie Mountains when the pedal assist stopped working. I searched the internet and this seems to be a common issue. I attempted to reset the bike as per instructions I found online and it does nothing to fix my problem. I've contacted Jasion support from their website but haven't heard back from them. This bike is too heavy for me to pedal without pedal assist. Buyer beware. 1 star for right now. If they respond and provide a fix then I will update the review. UPDATE #1 - I've been going back and forth with Jasion customer support is attempt to get this bike repaired. If you need to contact them be prepared to do email exchanges. I'm guessing by the time of replies that I'm exchanging emails with someone in China. They are very courteous and they are very clear with the information they require. In my case they are going to send me a replacement motor, which just happens to be on a 2 - 3 week backorder. They are giving me back $50 for my inconvenience. They will also pay for the work being done at a repair shop if I prefer to do that. My guess would be that I would have to pay first then they would reimburse for the repair. In any case, they have been very helpful in putting things right. Upgraded to 2 stars for now. UPDATE #2 - I received the replacement motor, actually the complete rear wheel assembly. This has fixed the issue I had and now I have a spare rim and tire. I'm still pessimistic, maybe because it failed so quickly and I see a lot of the same failures when searching the internet. Upgraded this review to 4 stars because they made it right, in reality I'd prefer 3.5 stars.

Got this bike this summer and have had a blast riding it. The e-bike components all work well and it's easy to change the control to get a top speed of 25mph. Even just riding as a regular bike without the motor assistance is a pleasant experience. One thing to note is how the pedal assist settings work. Other e-bikes I've seen and tested out give a % of power based on the setting selected (25% power for level 1, 50% power for level 2, 75% power for level 3, etc). This bike however uses the pedal assist levels as a mph cap. For example, level 1 will provide full power to the motor up to about 11 mph then cuts out, level 2 goes up to about 13 mph, and so forth until you get to level 5 which is either 20 or 25 mph depending on what you have it set for. The thing to keep in mind is that when using just the throttle, it is still limited to the top speed of whatever pedal assist level you have it set at. This is really my only complaint with the bike because it can be a bit tricky getting the pedal timing right when you start out as the bike wants to get you up to the mph limit right away. Something to keep in the back of your mind if you're riding with others not on e-bikes, as you're going to have a tendency to get ahead of them quickly.

Love it and I'm getting my money's worth I'm 64 years old and I love riding this bike to work and from work save me a lot of money as far as insurance gas on the weekends I just go out and enjoy it if that's what I choose to do but overall it's a smart guy

Pros Can do 30mph super easily (gotten 40mph downhill and 32-35mph on flat areas). Battery life is surprisingly good I can get about 20-30 miles with going 20-30mph the whole time. Super quiet so I can bring it on all sorts of trails without complaints. The screen is pretty nice and you can even program a passcode to access it. Seat is great for me. Cons Suspension was stiff for me but I am a pretty light rider (suspension isn't adjustable). Stock head light is pretty dim but I just found a rechargeable one for around $30 that works great. Was a bit difficult to put together highly recommend two people.

Great bike!! But there's a couple things that make it even better and last longer, the first off, the rear shocks, have bushings on the bottom i would suggest removing them and putting a harder polyurethane, or just a metal solid sleeve. The rear suspension should only be able to go up-and-down with those pushings in it allows the suspension to go side to side, which will wear out the point at which the rear axle mounts to the bike just behind the pedals. Lastly, the seat needs more padding and just add another battery.

Works Great!! Very simple assembly but customers should carefully review how the front break disc is aligned when adding front tire. May need two people. Super fun and planning to use it for my 3.5mi commute. 37mph max w/190lb chonk rider. You can consistently get 28mph with zero pedaling. Durable frame, advanced battery, and comfort seating. I’d rather have non-plastic fenders but they work. I recommend for ebikes in the $400-$999 range.
