The Jaison YC-1ST is the perfect ebike for my wife. It has a programmable feature that allows the boost setting to be set to any maximum speed so I was able to set it at a low speed that my wife is comfortable with. We have used the bike on several long trips, and she is very happy with the upright riding position, which is easy on her back, and with knowing that the power boost won't boost her up to too high of a speed (we have it set for 10mph max speed with the boost ON). Even at this setting, the bike was able to take her up some very steep paved hills on our recent trip. For those who want to go fast, the maximum boost speed can also be set quite high. Many other E bikes in this price range do not have the capability of limiting the fastest you want to go and you could be stuck with a bike that takes you up to 20 mph plus, even though you don't want to go that fast. The YC1ST gave me complete programming capability for any desired maximum speed PO8 (0-7) is one of the settings that works well, and thus my wife has been enjoying using the bike with its boost ON. We have another ebike that does not have this max speed boost capability, and my wife cannot ride it because it goes too fast at its lowest setting. This bike is easy to get on and off with its v- shaped sturdy frame. The YC1 ST also comes with a nice capacity removable, lockable battery unit and portable charger that has performed exceptional. Assembly wasn't too difficult but did require some mechanical skills. The customer service at Jaison bikes was also exceptional. Happy E-biking!

I got these bikes so that me and my bf can ride together. I have hip issues and these bike makes traveling fun and easy on my body. The battery went down 1 bar and I traveled 7.5 miles, the max speed we reached 24 and the power of the battery is awesome, you can ride at level 1 2 3. I’m addicted to these bikes, honestly they are great. I had a few issues with an out of stock order and they allowed me to pick another bike. We spoke on a Monday and I had my bike by Friday, the rep. was great and answered my questions. I think the black one is better than my original choice, the brown seat and the black frame just pop, my bf even asked if we could switch…not happening. Overall I’m highly pleased with this set and it performs great and has a nice pick up as you pedal. 5/5 for sure.

Received one of the two bikes ordered; apparently green is out of stock. Replacing with black. Disappointed that Jasionbike did not contact me directly to let me know that green was out of stock. I had to reach out to Jasion and ask where the second bike was. Would have preferred if they had let me know when I placed the order or at the time that the white bike was shipped. Despite this I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the assembly of the one bike I received went. While the instructions did not always match the actual assembly process required it was not difficult to work out the process needed. Bike is heavy and a second person might help but I managed on my own. All critical adjustments on the bike out of the box (e.g. brakes, gears) appear to be accurate. Will test drive tomorrow and verify.

The bike itself is solid, hence the two stars (edit: 4 stars based on good customer service), but the charger started melting within one hour of being plugged in. I was fortunate that I was charging it in the garage or it would have risked a house fire. In spite of this small hiccup, customer service was actually very responsive to the issue and quite quickly replaced the charger, so I am pleased to report good overall satisfaction and confidence that even if there’s a minor issue like this, they will stand behidn their product and make it right.

Very happy with this e-bike. Peddaling uphill is easier than peddaling on flat surfaces because I engage the electric motor assist on the first level when I go uphill. This is when my husband gets most of his exercise on his normal bike. I ride for the exercise, so I am not using the cruise control, but it is very simple. Just like a car once you are going fast enough you engage the cruise control by holding down the '-' button. Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy Its a Breezy.

The media could not be loaded. Seems like a really sick bike, everything about it seems great except for the front wheel wobbles, causing alignment with the break pads to be impossible. Just sucks to spend that much and have it not work out of the box. I shouldn’t have to get this to a bike shop to get it working properly. Trust me, I tinkered with the wheel for like 2 hours. I’m no pro, but I took it apart and put it back together according to the instructions like 5 times to make sure I had that right, and then I loosened the breaks and messed with those for another hour to no avail.

This is my first experience with an e-bike. So far so good. I like all the features of this bike. The price was good. Delivery took about a week. Set up was fairly easy and straightforward. The only problem to me is the LCD setup. I don’t know if I’ll ever figure it totally out. Hopefully there is a Utube video I can watch.

This bike is as described, shipping was Very fast, the product seems to be of good quaility and build. These are fun to ride and fast enough. If you have basic skills with a normal bike assemble is a breeze. I did not need the insturctions. The company is responsive, and the price was very good. Only one down side they have limited accessories for this model, but normal bike parts will fit fine. AT 50 plus miles NO issues. Over all a great buy for a quailty product.
