I’m 66+ years old and this is my first e-bike. I chose this one after watching positive reviews on You Tube and a very reasonable price. I am impressed. What may not matter to some, I’m going to start with just the packaging. Every piece of this bike was packaged in foam to prevent scratches/dents. This had to be an extra cost for the company. Very well done. Assembly was simple and took me about 15 minutes to put together. This bike is very well made and looks great. The seat is comfortable and the brakes work great. This is my first e-bike so I’m still learning what is best for me with pedal assist and gears. I haven’t ridden it long enough yet to test the battery. I will tell you this bike is fast. Will definitely go with Jasion for my next bike.

Great e-bike with all the fixings! kickstand, horn, headlight, speedometer, room for basket attachment and wheel fenders. The bike is heavy (~70 pounds), so I recommend lying down the frame on its side during attachment of the front wheel if building by yourself. Assembly was easy and took one afternoon. This bike also has incredibly fast acceleration so be careful when using the throttle/pedal assist initially, the top speed isn't crazy up steep hills but around tight corners turning be wary of going full throttle as its super light and can speed up too quickly if not careful. Overall its a sleek modern bike and I'm super happy with my purchase!

Stop scrolling and just buy this bike—you won’t regret it! It’s sleek, powerful, and packed with value. The removable battery design looks way more refined than most brands, and it’s super easy to take off and charge. Performance-wise, it really stands out. Unlike other bikes this size, it’s surprisingly easy to pedal without assistance, and once you turn on the pedal assist, it flies—you’ll hit impressive speeds with barely any effort. The built-in shocks make for a smooth, comfortable ride, even on rougher terrain. It’s been an absolute game-changer for my daily 5-mile commute—I’m saving gas, skipping traffic, and actually looking forward to the ride every day. For the price, this thing is a steal. Great design, great ride, great value.

Overall I feel like this is a great entry bike into the world of ebikes and is also one of the better bang for your buck. Pros: 1.definitely exceeds the advertised top speed on throttle alone. I’ve gotten it to 25mph on a flat surface and ran out of runway so could be even faster. 2. Assembly was fairly simple. 3. Bike is definitely capable of towing a bike trailer no problem. I have towed my two kids and have had no problems Cons: 1. I don’t believe the advertised range is accurate. I believe it is quite less actually. I have only rode the bike for 30 miles and I’ve had to charge the battery once already. I have used the throttle by myself for a couple of miles but most of it has been done in pedal assist mode so I’m not believing the advertised range. 2. Assembly instructions were clearly written by a non English speaker and they lack in overall instruction and photos 3. The rear derailleur comes with a derailleur guard and it messed up my rear derailleur during shipping. I can’t get the bike shift right after having bent the guard back to its original position so in don’t get all 7 gears. I still recommend the bike to anyone but highly suggest buying a warranty as a precaution. If something like the better or motor goes bad on an e-bike then it’s basically a really really heavy pedal bike without assist or even a paperweight.

I was looking around for a bike that would work well and wouldn’t break the bank as I was trying to save money and getting a bike for commuting and saving money from paying vehicle maintenance, I bought this bike hoping it would help and it did a lot more than that it had a very good level of comfort, battery life and honestly the speed did lack at first but after I found how to get the PAS setting adjusted it started flying and the performance of it was better then I hoped, one of the things I did struggle with was assembly as with some carriers it had a few bangs in the box and later found out the brake rotor was slightly bent which affected the noise level as well as the braking ability but after taking it to a bike shop to adjust it went smoothly and was easier to reassemble. Another problem I had was the brakes not being fully tuned but that was not such a big issue as I had that taken care of with a few screw adjustments so the noise level went down significantly after that. All and all for the bikes price it definitely was worth the money. I did have an issue with a fall I took which broke the left derailleur shifter but after talking to customer service rep kalea she helped me get a new replacement part shipped out fast and can’t wait to get it adjusted to go flying down the road again!

I had multiple problems with the bike I contacted the seller with no reply after a month. The first problems that I contacted the seller about were the screw that held the light and front mud flap on was malformed and stripped the hole so I had to use zip ties to hold the flap and the light in place and the light was not working. the other problems I had I didn't even bother contacting the seller again. The disc brakes were already bent so I had to get new ones the inner tubes already had holes in one of them so I had to get a new one. If you're wondering why I didn't just return it I needed a bike to go to work. Luckily the homie works on bikes so he just fixed everything within a day. How much I paid fixing the problems the bike came with disk break $20, inner tubes $22 and like a buck for a nut and bolt I got at the hardware store to hold the light and front mud flap in and I gave the homie $60 so after everything it was like $123 to fix the problems with the "new bike".
