My mint green e-bike was an absolute champ on my three-day ride across Vermont! It carried all my gear with ease and handled well on smooth rail trails. On flat sections without extra weight, I got about 35–40 miles per charge, and even fully loaded with gear, it still delivered a solid 25–30 miles per charge. The motor made climbing Vermont’s hills so much more manageable, even though the battery drained FAST on the bigger climbs. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly stable under load. Plus, the mint green color turned heads everywhere I went! I’d highly recommend this e-bike for anyone planning a multi-day adventure—it’s reliable, fun, and makes the miles fly by.

I didn't even need the instructions. The bike was comfortable and the power of the pedal assist motor was more than sufficient. Overall I feel like this is a great entry bike into the world of ebikes and is also one of the better bang for your buck. Pros: 1.definitely exceeds the advertised top speed on throttle alone. I’ve gotten it to 25mph on a flat surface and ran out of runway so could be even faster. 2. Assembly was fairly simple. 3. Bike is definitely capable of towing a bike trailer no problem. I have towed my two kids and have had no problems Cons: 1. I don’t believe the advertised range is accurate. I believe it is quite less actually. I have only rode the bike for 30 miles and I’ve had to charge the battery once already. I have used the throttle by myself for a couple of miles but most of it has been done in pedal assist mode so I’m not believing the advertised range. 2. Assembly instructions were clearly written by a non English speaker and they lack in overall instruction and photos 3. The rear derailleur comes with a derailleur guard and it messed up my rear derailleur during shipping. I can’t get the bike shift right after having bent the guard back to its original position so in don’t get all 7 gears. I still recommend the bike to anyone but highly suggest buying a warranty as a precaution. If something like the better or motor goes bad on an e-bike then it’s basically a really really heavy pedal bike without assist or even a paperweight.

I had multiple problems with the bike I contacted the seller with no reply after a month. The first problems that I contacted the seller about were the screw that held the light and front mud flap on was malformed and stripped the hole so I had to use zip ties to hold the flap and the light in place and the light was not working. the other problems I had I didn't even bother contacting the seller again. The disc brakes were already bent so I had to get new ones the inner tubes already had holes in one of them so I had to get a new one. If you're wondering why I didn't just return it I needed a bike to go to work. Luckily the homie works on bikes so he just fixed everything within a day. How much I paid fixing the problems the bike came with disk break $20, inner tubes $22 and like a buck for a nut and bolt I got at the hardware store to hold the light and front mud flap in and I gave the homie $60 so after everything it was like $123 to fix the problems with the "new bike".

First and Foremost, this has been a multi-month struggle that resulted in a full refund because the factory's 3PL logistics in America could not help me through the English Chinese language barrier. This factory actually does manufacturer what I believe is the best bang for the buck E-bike in the marketplace. However, there is some very significant hurdles to overcome due to the distribution chain. The bike when shipped has a great likelihood to be damaged upon arrival. This is because they ship using that Castaway movie freight company that seems to be exceptionally rough with large package handling. This is a courier problem, not just a factory problem. Yes, the factory should invest in shock absorbing packaging techniques instead of zip ties and bumper padding, but our couriers do need to respect other people's belongings. To the drivers, this is a pain in the rear box to deliver, but to the buyer, it may be a treasure. This bike handled right, would be such a treasure. This manufacturing company in China has the right virtue, as they will go to the greatest extent to make their wrongs right with damaged goods, however I am pretty certain, they use a China-owned third party logistics (3PL) company to handle their US deliveries. What that means to the buyer is that the English speaking customer service the factory has, services many customers and industries, so their own personal knowledge on e-bikes is zero! No matter how educated you explain the shipping damage, the English speaking person doesn't understand the technical problem no matter how basic it is to bikes. Instead, they ask for videos to be sent, where you have to capture the problem on video, and they will happily send you the replacement part at their cost. The issue with me is really bad courier abuse. On my bike received, the front wheel disc break was bent so bad that it seized the wheel from spinning every rotation. They replaced the wheel. The back wheel was bent so it wobbled about an inch out of true. Then additionally, that abuse shifted the mounting of the calipers so the front wheel dragged a little still, and the back wheel caliper squealed really loud if you ever used that brake. Additionally, the courier damage also damaged the alignment of the shifter cables and the throttle cable so a 21-speed was down to only 12 low torque high gears and no functional throttle. The manual does nothing to tell you how to align those parts properly, and even though this seems to be a common issue with the factory, the 3PL company does not have any tutorial or manual supplement available to teach you these service maintenance items. From the research I conducted, it appears that the typical cost to pay a local bike shop to make all these simple adjustments to make the bike function right is $150.00, but no matter what, the 3PL company won't cover that cost, but instead, they demand the bike to be disassembled, repackaged, and shipped back for replacement, at no consideration of the hours of time the customer will spend trying to fix their shipping damage. Please note, this factory has hired a very polite and responsive 3PL company or maybe even their own employees that give great customer service a hero's try, but they are incompetent on servicing a bike or even knowing what you explain to them, so they can translate it properly to the factory's Chinese speaking technical department in China. If you know how to adjust and service all the things on a bike to make them run smoothly, then this may be a perfect bike for you. But my thought process is that this factory has a golden opportunity for any local e-bike retailer, that can fix the negligent shipping damage issues, and retail to a consumer a wonderfully manufactured bike that leaves the factory perfect but is only hindered by language barriers and misalignment issues causes by poor packaging. To the average consumer, I suggest buyer beware, but if you know bike maintenance inside and out, this bike is a great buy!
