The Jaison YC-1ST is the perfect ebike for my wife. It has a programmable feature that allows the boost setting to be set to any maximum speed so I was able to set it at a low speed that my wife is comfortable with. We have used the bike on several long trips, and she is very happy with the upright riding position, which is easy on her back, and with knowing that the power boost won't boost her up to too high of a speed (we have it set for 10mph max speed with the boost ON). Even at this setting, the bike was able to take her up some very steep paved hills on our recent trip. For those who want to go fast, the maximum boost speed can also be set quite high. Many other E bikes in this price range do not have the capability of limiting the fastest you want to go and you could be stuck with a bike that takes you up to 20 mph plus, even though you don't want to go that fast. The YC1ST gave me complete programming capability for any desired maximum speed PO8 (0-7) is one of the settings that works well, and thus my wife has been enjoying using the bike with its boost ON. We have another ebike that does not have this max speed boost capability, and my wife cannot ride it because it goes too fast at its lowest setting. This bike is easy to get on and off with its v- shaped sturdy frame. The YC1 ST also comes with a nice capacity removable, lockable battery unit and portable charger that has performed exceptional. Assembly wasn't too difficult but did require some mechanical skills. The customer service at Jaison bikes was also exceptional. Happy E-biking!

Stop scrolling and just buy this bike—you won’t regret it! It’s sleek, powerful, and packed with value. The removable battery design looks way more refined than most brands, and it’s super easy to take off and charge. Performance-wise, it really stands out. Unlike other bikes this size, it’s surprisingly easy to pedal without assistance, and once you turn on the pedal assist, it flies—you’ll hit impressive speeds with barely any effort. The built-in shocks make for a smooth, comfortable ride, even on rougher terrain. It’s been an absolute game-changer for my daily 5-mile commute—I’m saving gas, skipping traffic, and actually looking forward to the ride every day. For the price, this thing is a steal. Great design, great ride, great value.

I’m 66+ years old and this is my first e-bike. I chose this one after watching positive reviews on You Tube and a very reasonable price. I am impressed. What may not matter to some, I’m going to start with just the packaging. Every piece of this bike was packaged in foam to prevent scratches/dents. This had to be an extra cost for the company. Very well done. Assembly was simple and took me about 15 minutes to put together. This bike is very well made and looks great. The seat is comfortable and the brakes work great. This is my first e-bike so I’m still learning what is best for me with pedal assist and gears. I haven’t ridden it long enough yet to test the battery. I will tell you this bike is fast. Will definitely go with Jasion for my next bike.

Overall I feel like this is a great entry bike into the world of ebikes and is also one of the better bang for your buck. Pros: 1.definitely exceeds the advertised top speed on throttle alone. I’ve gotten it to 25mph on a flat surface and ran out of runway so could be even faster. 2. Assembly was fairly simple. 3. Bike is definitely capable of towing a bike trailer no problem. I have towed my two kids and have had no problems Cons: 1. I don’t believe the advertised range is accurate. I believe it is quite less actually. I have only rode the bike for 30 miles and I’ve had to charge the battery once already. I have used the throttle by myself for a couple of miles but most of it has been done in pedal assist mode so I’m not believing the advertised range. 2. Assembly instructions were clearly written by a non English speaker and they lack in overall instruction and photos 3. The rear derailleur comes with a derailleur guard and it messed up my rear derailleur during shipping. I can’t get the bike shift right after having bent the guard back to its original position so in don’t get all 7 gears. I still recommend the bike to anyone but highly suggest buying a warranty as a precaution. If something like the better or motor goes bad on an e-bike then it’s basically a really really heavy pedal bike without assist or even a paperweight.

we love the design/quality of the bicycle. It was very easy to assemble and has high-quality components (fantastic suspension, shimano gears and very comfortable. my wife loves its appearance and how accessible/easy the controls are for operating the display and other functions. We had one issue that Jasion customer support quickly and professionally resolved and that was very impressive, because ongoing support is a big deal to us on this kind of investment.

I had multiple problems with the bike I contacted the seller with no reply after a month. The first problems that I contacted the seller about were the screw that held the light and front mud flap on was malformed and stripped the hole so I had to use zip ties to hold the flap and the light in place and the light was not working. the other problems I had I didn't even bother contacting the seller again. The disc brakes were already bent so I had to get new ones the inner tubes already had holes in one of them so I had to get a new one. If you're wondering why I didn't just return it I needed a bike to go to work. Luckily the homie works on bikes so he just fixed everything within a day. How much I paid fixing the problems the bike came with disk break $20, inner tubes $22 and like a buck for a nut and bolt I got at the hardware store to hold the light and front mud flap in and I gave the homie $60 so after everything it was like $123 to fix the problems with the "new bike".
