I want to start by saying we got these to use when we go camping to ride around and see things. We do not intend on using them daily or going on long rides. We Received them very quick. 4 days quicker than expected actually. When I unboxed them (see pic) the frame and rear assemble was together. The seat, fender, front tire and peddles were unattached. All the tools needed were included. (Allen wrench and open end wrench where only thing needed) instructions where on or with normal bike assemble directions. Battery came with a healthy charge in it, but I fully charged it before testing it. I have only rode it a mile so far because of weather and work but here is what I have observed. My only other experience with e bikes was at Zion national park we rented some and rode about 15-20 miles. Power: On full electric it will get you going. I maintained 17-22mph with no peddle. I’m 6’1” 240 pounds. On level two I lightly peddled and the bike kept me moving at a good clip. I did not do level one yet because it started to rain and who wants an e-bike they have to peddle. Size feels good for me. I dont feel like a giant riding it. I was afraid to get a small one and look like a clown at the circus. Frame appears to be well manufactured. No obvious defects. Seat is comfortable, but if I was going in a long ride and needed to peddle I might want a little more Cush for the tush. Features. The display is bright. In the Florida sun I could see it easily. Simple three buttons. On/off, + and -. There are several menus you can go into for trip distance time and other things but if your not into that you just hit the on button and + or - for assist power. The twist throttle is nice but I’m not sure how I will feel about it on long trips. I’m unable to comment on the range or battery life because I have not pushed it yet. I will update review when I have more info. Things I did notice that may be of concern. Paint appears to be thin. I hit the frame gently with a wrench and it scratched easily. Not a big concern because it’s a bike and I will just buy some touch up paint. The accessories for this bike are pricey. If you want exact fit items and not universal fit then you will spend some $$ on them. All that being said I like them so far. I’m sure the $1000+ bikes have a lot more bells and whistles but not in the budget at this time. Update 6 weeks later. Wife and I have toddled around the neighborhood for about 10 miles total to get used to the bike before we took them on our first trip. This weekend we went on our first camping trip with the bikes. We rode a total of 12 miles. First 5.5 where in level 1 and seen no decrease in bars on the battery display. The next 6.5 were in level 2 and 3 and at the end we had 3of 4 bars. Here is my honest opinion from a non professional newbie who has only used e bikes once that we rented and where much higher quality. Pros: PRICE! Speed is great. Level 1 goes about 12-13mph, level 2 goes about 17mph and 3 goes about 21-22. This is based on a 240lb 6’1” male. Overall easy to use. If you peddle it goes. Comftorable front suspension. Cons: if you don’t manually twist the throttle you get full power for that level when you peddle. So if you want just a little assist or to only go a slower speed you have to manually hold the throttle. Lack of accessories come with it. We added a rack, bottle holder and phone holder. Defiantly not needed but it’s fun to accessories

I got this bike for my birthday in March and started riding it in May. The bike was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear. It road nice and the instruments are easy to understand. I had 80 miles on my bike and the motor stopped working. I contacted customer service and explained my situation to them. They were very helpful and telling me what they needed and how to locate the information. They also requested a video. After supplying all requirements, they figured out the issue and sent me a new wheel/motor. I had to pay the shipping. I'm giving a 5 star rating due to the customer service I recieved. The company seemed to really care and fit my issue.

We couldn’t be happier with our two new Jasion e-bikes! From the moment we unboxed them, we were impressed by the sleek, modern design—simple, stylish, and very well thought out. We chose to have them professionally assembled through Amazon, and even the technician mentioned how much he liked the bikes and that he’d consider buying one himself! The ride quality is smooth and comfortable, with just the right amount of power for our recreational use. We ordered two bikes—one in white and one in green—and both look fantastic. The colors really stand out and give each bike its own personality. We had a small issue with one of the seats, but Jasion’s customer service went above and beyond—super responsive and quick to make things right. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly stands behind its products. I’m 66 and have a back injury from car accident. Tough for me to walk the neighborhood. This allows me to get out of the house and get some fresh air without pain. Been about 40 years since I rode a bike and it sure is fun! Great quality and customer support. Simple to assemble by myself. Battery charges fast and holds the charge well even while using in the Texas Hill Country. I have been up to 26 mph on a flat road. Maybe goes faster but I didn’t want to. Buy it, you’ll be happy you did!

I used to own a Jasion EB5 Plus, but unfortunately, that bike was stolen. After that, I decided to purchase this one instead. It costs less, yet to my surprise, the build quality actually feels even better in many ways.
