Very solid build, definitely worth the purchase. They were easy enough to put together, the only issue we found is that calibrating the brakes so that it does not hit the wheel. A workaround is to engage the brakes while tightening them in place to ensure they stay right in the middle. They are on the heavier side, but the quality more than makes up for this. They are quite the speed power house and have taken them over 32 mph on PAS 5 without changing any of the settings. I also like they are able to be folded and stowed in my car trunk without needing a bike mount. I haven't tested the battery life thoroughly, but they lasted for a good 15 miles on a windy day and still had way over 50%. I'm also impressed with the seat comfortability, I used to ride bikes often and was expecting soreness the first time using them. Typically it takes me 3 or 4 rides to get used to the seat but I had no soreness issue for these. That is definitely a plus. If you ride in non-paved areas, I recommend buying inner tube liners, and slime sealant to decrease the likely hold. I've already gotten a flat and it's such a bummer to get them in the middle of your adventure. Also don't forget to oil your gears and chain, and inflate those tires for maximum battery life. I was little nervous buying a lesser known brand of ebikes but I'm very pleased with them. they were easy to assemble and they're comfortable to ride. These bikes have a lot of high end features that you usually have to spend a lot more to get. The battery lasts a long time, how long they last will depend on how you use them, throttle only going as fast as you can will not last as long as PAS 1 (PAS=pedal assist level). What sold me on these was the weight capacity and the dual suspension. The bikes are well built and feel solid, I'd recommend pulling a little lube on the hinge of the bikes to make folding and unfolding them easier. Also I strongly recommend that you separate the keys as soon as you get them incase you lose them, like I did, getting a replacement is incredibly difficult and time consuming, I tried different local locksmiths to have keys made but no one was able. Customer service was able to help me order new keys from the factory, it was $40 and said it'd take about a month, fortunately I was able to find my keys and was able to cancel my order and get a refund but man! what a pain! The only nit picky downside to the bikes is if you're short, like my wife (5'5") dismounting the bikes can be difficult but she learned that leaning the bike over made it easy. Even though these are step thru bikes the step is higher that other makes because of the dual suspension mount. If you need a lower step thru model the HEYBIKE is very nice

My first e-bikes and I’m very happy. I bought these for quick local rides, pack into the car to take with on trips. I asked the seller several questions and they were very responsive. You should know that if you order 2 bikes, the bikes and racks will arrive separately. These bikes are fast and battery life impressive. Cushy seat and full suspension makes the ride very comfortable. Take out the battery to make assembly easier. I used the box as a work platform to ease the process. Last thing: rear basket is easier to install with rear rack off the bike. In sum- cool looking fast bikes perfect for my needs.

Bought my wife and I the bike for each of us. Overall the bike is great and seems to be of good quality. The bike has a good bit of power for an affordable ebike. A little on the heavy side but that was to be expected. It’s a full size bike. The directions could have been better. The rack on back was bent a little on both bikes but not enough to return the bike. I’m 190 lbs and it pulls me good except for longer steep inclines where it seems to slow down a bit towards the top. But overall it’s a good bike for the price point and my wife and I are happy with the purchase and enjoy riding them around town.

The E-bike seams to be solid and well built however their customer service is non existente. I have been waiting for two weeks for a replacement kickstand that was damaged during transportation. I get it, things happens specially on a heavy item such as this. The biggest problem is the missing saddle post. I have communicated at least seven times to their customer service. They finally responded to one of the emails asking to submit screenshots of my purchase though Amazon and veryfy the order date and all my entire information after this information was previously submitted two weeks before. I DM someone though instagram when they response to a message to one of their ads promising a fast response and resolution to issues that have been unresolved. If this is an issue now I can only imagine the problems that might occur during a warranty issue. I regret 100% having bought a bicycles from this company. Please buyer be aware.

F/T RVing and these work great for both entertainment and helping with the rig. When using portable blue tank (on four wheels) I pull to dump with the bike and it works great! The batteries are top notch and one can get a lot of time and miles out of a full charge. It looks great, has plenty of power and top speed is impressive. I bought the 2pk combo and the value for the money is definitely worth it.

After much research we opted for the Jasion for shuttle but important features for us. My wife has a 21 speed Townie but could no longer manage the hills at some of the campgrounds. She really enjoys riding around the campgrounds and light trails, but at 69 was getting to be a concern so we needed easy on and off, with rods in her back suspension was a must, a handle bar arrangement that was adjustable for best reach and ride position fat tires for better softer ride and stability...a company brand that has a reputation for service. Just a few important features we found in the Jasion. Delivery was a bit delayed I'm certain because we ordered just before the fathers day crush but packaging was phenomenal. Setup was easy enough as well. This is no small bike, larger and heavier than you might expect. We want portability options as nearly full time campers so foldable works well. Adding a softer saddle and suspension seat post for all the reasons I mentioned and it's perfect. A basket so puppy can ride along. If you're camping and see a senior lady cruzing by, Say Hi. She loves it, and the Jasion too. It's much faster than she needs but now the hills are no problem. Well done Jasion.
