Updated review: Jasion sent me a replacement light after the original one was damaged during shipping, which I appreciated. After about 50 miles, the bike’s display stopped working after getting wet. During that time, the horn would sound continuously whenever the bike was turned on with the key. However, after the bike dried out for three days, all functions returned to normal. I would recommend waterproofing the bike by applying silicone caulk around the areas where the wires enter the bike and connect to the controller underneath. This appears to be a potential point where water intrusion can occur. The bike has plenty of power. The ST (Step Through) was purchased for my 5'2" wife and she absolutely loves it. The handle bars, and seat can be adjusted to properly fit. The full suspension handles off roading and beach riding flawlessly. ... show more

Just got this bike today. It took a couple hours to assemble it. No paper manual and video was too fast on each steps. Appearance wise the bike is beautiful and sturdy. Will maybe give a 5 once I take it out for a spin. Update: this bike is amazing! Has nice kick to it. I used it to DoorDash on weekends from, battery is really good! Overall it’s an amazing first e-bike for me. Only thing I’d change in it is where they place the key access to be placed on top instead of underneath the battery area. ... show more

My Hunter Pro arrived two days early. It was packed very well and had no damage. I downloaded app and watched the instructional videos on assembly. I assembled it very easily with provided tools. I am very impressed with the quality. I read a lot of reviews of the Hunter x and I could tell Jasion addressed most common complaints when designing the Hunter X Pro. The bike looks really good and has plenty of power. I am 6'2 , 220 lbs and the bike is very comfortable for me. I have about 500 miles on the bike and everything seems solid. I ride trails and on university campus. I definitely recommend this bike! ... show more

I genuinely wish I could rate this negative 10 stars. I took the time to assemble the bike and as one of my friends has a similar Jasion bike I’ve used before. As soon as it was assembled, didn’t even get a chance to ride it yet, I squeezed the brakes to make sure everything was working properly and the brake line popped and started leaking the fluid. I now had no rear brakes. 3 weeks later, multiple phone calls and about 20 emails later with the manufacturer and I have made 0 progress. They kept talking about a rear motor replacement when I constantly had to tell them it was the brakes and they asked for pictures and videos that were already included in previous emails. If you end up purchasing, I hope you don’t need to replace any parts since they’ll tell you the wrong part, say it will be in after your return window is up, and probably continue to blow smoke. ... show more

I personally like this ebike. Had dor about a year with no problems. I was hesitant to purchase after reading some bad reviews but I gave it shot and have not been disappointed. It doesn't come with hydraulic brakes but the mechanical stock ones work just as good IMO. Good budget bike that can be easily maintained if you have the know-how ... show more

I brought the Thunder Pro (best model) I am very upset! Not in a bad way….I am 70 years old in good shape and health. But the Thunder Pro was too much bike not the performance the weight! I absolutely love the bike so much… that I gave it to my best friend for free…..needless to say he acts like he just won the lottery! But I turned around in less than a week and bought the Jasion Hunter bike (foldable) hands down the best Ebike selection out here! ... show more
