I've not owned a bike for a great many years and I though perhaps an ebike might help me get back into shape. I believe it will do just that! I've been able to keep a constant peddling while the ebike assists with the steeper inclines. The Jasion is a solid bike and I get the feeling it'll be around for a good long time. The various levels of assist are great and the downloadelable app that connects to the bike also will track your ride and even gives a quick power level verification on the battery level. The assembly process was straight forward and they have a nice video to walk you through the unpacking. I would recommend watching it before unpacking. I got a bit ahead and found out only afterward there was an easier unboxing process. I will admit I wanted to try out the full power mode and I was happy that it moves at a brisk 20mph on level ground. I will also attest that their support team is great, fast, and friendly. I ran into an issue and they help me get back on track right through Amazon's messaging system. I looked at a lot of other bikes and some of them were crazy expensive. Jasion offers a great bike for the money! I will say I'm very happy with my Thunder Pro and expect to haveany more years with it! ... show more

Today I received my bike through FedEx and the delivery was terrible the woman had no respect for my product. it took me about 2 hours to put it together because yes this bike is fairly heavy and when you are by yourself things are extremely difficult. well after 2 hours I got everything done got everything assembled getting on the bike was an absolute disaster I am 5'5 weighing 330 lb and I can barely get my leg over the bar I can't stable the bike I can't straddle the bike I mean it takes off nicely and everything don't get me wrong about that but getting on and getting off the bike I feel multiple times if you have to stop at a stop sign is best you just keep rolling you know I was really happy about this bike I watched a lot of reviews I watch people talk so much good about this bike but then when it showed up today and I put it together and try to write it the anxiety that went through me I thought I was going to end up in the hospital when I ride this bike I'm going to be honest with you when I ride this bike my anxiety is throughout the roof to where I'm scared to ride it I just you know and please don't take my review and think well he's talking negative so that means I'm not going to get it if you are around 5 ft 8 or above I think the bike would be pretty good with you for me it does handle nicely like you know the pedal assist that's nice but going up some hills it does not do what it says it does yeah I'm terribly dissatisfied my safety is at risk with his bike and I don't know how I'm going to get a refund ... show more

Customer service nightmare. The bike itself is nice, at least the one. The other bike I received in the two pack was the completely wrong model. I have been talking to the service workers at jaison for almost a month trying to get the original bike I ordered, with days between their responses. They refused to offer any reasonable resolution. Either I keep the bike I don't want and receive a partial refund. Or I send it back and receive a full refund minus the expensive shipping fee. There is no option where I receive the actual bike I ordered, and as I do not have a car large enough to drive the package to a facility that would ship a package of this size (almost an hour away) I have no choice in the matter. I wouldn't buy from jaison solely due to their poor QC process and customer service. Still waiting on a refund. Edit: it's worth noting that somehow after going through customer service my "previously ordered" listing has changed to an order I didn't make, so it looks as though I bought a completey different single bike. ... show more
