This thing is a big solid ebike. Gobs of power. I put different tires that were more geared towards pavement riding (Nothing wrong with the nobbys that came with it.). Put a trunk on it and different pedals. Putting together was a breeze if you have a little aptitude. The hydraulic brakes work great and were dialed in from the factory. Beach Cruiser? Nah Beast Bruiser. Wouldn't buy if you're much over 6ft though. Turn signals and brake light are cool. Horn is comically aggressive. ... show more

The bike was packed well for delivery. Included all the tools necessary to prepare the bike for riding. A minor part was missing. I contacted customer service for assitance, they required my order number the bike's serial number and photo of the missing part. Since I did not have the part I could not take a photo. I asked them to email a user manual (which was not included). Once I had the manual I was able to point to the spacific missing part. This helped the custo mer service agent order the correct part. The part arrived within four days. I've since riden the bike on flat roads in traffic, on bike paths, up some relatively steep hills and some off road. The bike handled it all very well. Love the bike. Wish list..wish the battery would not only shut off remotely but lock off to prevent a thief from simply pushing the button to reactivate. A strong lock is recommended if the bike is parked in public but out of sight. Last observation is about the turn signals...located on the left side making it best accessed by left thumb but the buttons are very small relatively easy to turn on left and right but difficult to turn off. Usually requires rider to divert focus from traffic take left hand off the handle bar to locate the proper signal button and once again to deactivate after a turn. I am adjusting to those needs.     • Very customer oriented seller. Great bike easy set up.
The bike rides smooth and folds up easily, love the front basket and the back saddle bags. Easy to see screen with speedometer, a bit bigger than I expected but over all I love it and would recommend for someone looking to do deliveries on a bike or just cruse around town.
