i have only had bike for a week. here is what i can say so far. i have not owned an ebike before. it came on time and was not damaged packaging was ok. instructions on assembly was pretty vague but i have put together my far share of bikes took me 4 hours to put together mostly because bike rack and finders where added options and came with no Assembly instructions. once together and after charging battery i turned it on and had no error readings. i went for my first ride 2 miles and went through all 21 gears and all pedal assists (3) with no problems. like i said first time ebike rider and i was impressed i am 64 years old and thought i was threw with bike ridding but this was so easy and so much fun!! . i cant wait to go up my first hill. now i want to test battery life ,hills,roads,trails and then i will give a update on battery life and charging time. well 2nd review i have taken bike up hills and off road and i'm very happy with performance !! went 45 miles on pedal assist 1 battery still had two bars left out of five ( 3 green, 1 orange, 1 red ) i charged battery once it got to yellow bar could have probably gone 15-20 more miles before reaching red bar and charging. my average speed was about 11 mph. on pedal assist 3 gear 21 i can go up to 21 mph and i weigh 230 lbs! 21 mph may not sound fast but on a bike it is ! going up hill on pedal assist 2 and 3 ( depending on how steep hill was) i maintained 11 mph with gear changes also. i am changing my rating from a 4 to a 5 because i am really happy with performance of bike,ease of riding, battery life and cost ! and its a really nice looking bike ! had to edit one more time cause i promised to comment on charging time. i rode bike down to last bar (red) and then charged it took 5 and a half hours to fully charge. according to site and book that's normal, I've been told there are bikes that charge faster (but you probably pay more or get less miles off charge). charger does get warm to hot, so i recommend charging outside or in garage and battery off bike. if you have any other ?s please ask me.

Box was pretty beat up. Front disc brake was bent. Contacted manufacturer and they are sending a new one. The bike rides nice and effortless with pedal assist. Nice bike for first ebike. Plenty of pep.

This is my second Jasion Roamer E-Bike I purchased within the last week. The Bike matches the description provided by the seller. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this Bike. The assembly of the Bike went smoothly, I did watch the video that provides a systematic approach on how to assemble the Bike. I've asked a few questions through Amazon back to Jasion that were answered quickly with accurate information. Great E-Bike at a GREAT price.

Excellent bike and great price. We bought 2 EB5 Roamer ST. One came with cracked LED screen I called customer service and they had me send a Pic of it. They replied right away and sent me a new screen in 5 days. The other bike was fine, they were very easy to assemble. We have 100 miles on them and no problems yet. We love these bikes and the great customer service.

We love these darn bikes so much! They have given us a new and enjoyable activity to do together and having just recovered from breast cancer treatment, just getting out and back into nature has really improved my health and mental wellbeing. Easy to ride, and just the right size.
