Battery lasted about 40 miles between charges as promissed. I was surprised about how easy it was to pedal on flat surfaces without any power assist. The price was well below other e-bikes with comparable features. I'd definitly recommend this bike to others.

I've only ridden it 12 miles, so take this for what it's worth. It's not perfect, but I don't think the cons warrant taking away a full star. Pros: seems sturdy, assembly was pretty easy, super fun to ride Cons: my seat clamp won't hold the seat's nose-down position and keeps pivoting even though I cranked it as tight as I could. I ordered another seat for 20 bucks; also the manual isn't super clear on a few things. I had to figure out on my own through trial and error how to reset the trip counter (press and hold up and down arrows to enter settings, hit the M button until you are at P16, which the manual only says is for factory reset, then tap the up button once and you'll see the trip meter start blinking, then hold it down for about 7 seconds and you'll see it zero out). also, I had to learn how to use the throttle and pedal assist with no instructions. If you have pedal assist on and start pedaling from a standstill on flat ground, it will forcefully accelerate way beyond what your pedaling is calling for, so instead, gently engage the throttle to get up to speed OR turn off the pedal assist until you get to place where it is actually hard to pedal in the highest gear, then turn it on with a single button push. No biggy once you ride it a few minutes. I'm 180lbs and this thing was going 25mph on straightaways. Steep hills needed my help, but not much and it maintained 11 mph uphill with little pedal effort. The battery was at about half after 12 miles of me doing mostly nothing and it was a 1000 foot elevation gain.

When the bike first arrived the box was slightly damaged on the outside and as it turned out the rear tire motor was throwing an E36 error code. The bike once assembled didn’t work. When I sent an email explaining the situation to Jasion I got an almost immediate response. The communication for troubleshooting and part replacement was seamless. Based on my description of the problem Jasion was able to diagnose my problem and sent me a rear tire and motor free of charge. Once the replacement motor was installed the bike operates flawlessly. I’m impressed the bike works as well as it does considering there are lots of options on the market for e-bikes. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the bike and its power, but most of all I’m impressed with the quick feedback I got from the company.

We purchased the Roamer 1200W set of 2 bikes, Blue & Black! The Black is a muted color, the Blue color is shiny! They look very ruggedly built, some nice looking bikes! The assembly was not at all complicated, as both were together in a very short time! An unexpected, but pleasant surprise! The size is just right for me at 5'6"n the low seat position, and perfect for my other half at 6'2" with the seat raised! Upon arrival however, the mount for the display was broken on the blue bike and the battery would not stay into place in the black bike's bracket! I sent an email to Jaison customer support, Lucy responded us in a timely manner! We reported to her what was wrong, then we sent her the requested pictures and a video. Within just a couple days the mount for the display arrived and now we are just awaiting the part to be able to secure the battery, so we can GO RIDING TOGETHER! I have ridden mine only a short bit but I just know already we are going to put some miles on these and plenty of scenery behind us very soon!

I first wanna say great customer service, as they did not have the color I ordered in stock and it would be an extra week for delivery. They reached out to me and asked would I mind a different color and if so, can I give you free stuff in exchange. I really appreciated the great communication. We did take the black bike, and received a free phone holder. The assembly was incredibly easy, understanding how to ride and use the functionality of buttons was simplistic. My son uses bike to ride to football practice in high school and he absolutely adores it. Great safety features with the headlights and tail lights battery life Last a long time. 5 star

After about 1,000 miles of commuting, the bike started shutting off without warning. The display would show ~70% battery, then the power cut out completely. Customer service asked to take it to a mechanic first; after paying for an inspection and trying the recommended part changes to “improve charging,” nothing changed. Now a full charge lasts roughly 30 minutes—about 5 miles—before the bike dies. When contacting support again, the response was that a series of “proof” tests had to be completed before they would even review the case. That meant more time without a working bike and no clear path to a warranty solution. It’s disappointing, because the first 1,000 miles were great: comfortable ride, solid features, and I genuinely liked it. But reliability and a responsive warranty matter more in the long run, especially with e-bike batteries and electronics. Bottom line: The ride quality was good while it lasted, but the battery failure and the slow, hoops-to-jump customer service experience turned a bike I loved into a daily headache. If buying an e-bike, prioritize the warranty terms and who stands behind the product—even more than specs.
