We purchased the Roamer 1200W set of 2 bikes, Blue & Black! The Black is a muted color, the Blue color is shiny! They look very ruggedly built, some nice looking bikes! The assembly was not at all complicated, as both were together in a very short time! An unexpected, but pleasant surprise! The size is just right for me at 5'6"n the low seat position, and perfect for my other half at 6'2" with the seat raised! Upon arrival however, the mount for the display was broken on the blue bike and the battery would not stay into place in the black bike's bracket! I sent an email to Jaison customer support, Lucy responded us in a timely manner! We reported to her what was wrong, then we sent her the requested pictures and a video. Within just a couple days the mount for the display arrived and now we are just awaiting the part to be able to secure the battery, so we can GO RIDING TOGETHER! I have ridden mine only a short bit but I just know already we are going to put some miles on these and plenty of scenery behind us very soon!

Easy assembly with YouTube video. Both bikes arrived in good condition except one had a damaged front tire. Contacted customer service but have not received an email response yet, has been 24 hours. I will update review with response from customer service. One of the reasons I went with Jasion was because the reviews noted good customer service. *** UPDATED*** I received a prompt response from customer service about my damaged front tire. They replaced my front tire and my bicycle works great! I have already ridden 20 miles! The battery is still showing at >50%. I found the customer reviews concerning the bike and customer service to be accurate. Great bike for a great price with prompt customer service! I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I will update my review on the Jason Eb5 Roamer durability at a later date.

We purchased the package deal of 2 bikes one black and one blue. The blue one arrived first and during assembly I noticed that the turn signal, horn and headlight assembly were damaged. I sent an email to Jasion support and received a reply a few days later saying they would get back to me. 3 days nothing. The black one arrived a few days later and the derailer was so bent it was in the spokes and prevented the rear wheel from turning. Sent second email to Jasion support. Still waiting on them. I realize this is not a quality issue on their part but I would like these issues fixed. Will update as we go through the process. The bikes overall look great. Update all damaged parts are being shipped and Jasion customer service is making it right.

The bike is awesome. Fun to ride. Read manual before jumping on its not your average bike. Take your time and be careful until you get comfortable with it. Get a Bike Helmet. It's a great E-Bike. Assembly not bad 80% complete in box. Putting on front tire may take two people. I wish I can give this bike 100 STARS. I purchased two.
