My 12 year old son received this as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the bike seems to be very good. There have not been any issues thus far. It was easy to complete putting it together (it comes partially put together). The seller was wonderful to work with. After ordering I received a message from the seller stating the bike was out of stock. They gave me several alternate options. We decided to wait for it to be back in stock. The seller was very communicative and responsive. Fortunately, it did arrive before Christmas. So far the battery life seems to be very sufficient. My son can ride around with his friends for hours. He said it is comfortable and easy to ride/drive.

Very very disappointing. Item defect caused the motor hub to wrap around the axle and render the e-bike useless. Hoping for ease of return as this is a big and heavy thing that was sent to me defective straight out of the box. Was fun while it worked at the beginning but broke immediately and was rendered useless. Very poor quality and would not recommend. Very sad and disappointed to have to return such a bulky item. Hope I won't have to pay to send it back.

I’ve been riding the Jasion Retro Volt Pro for a bit now and honestly it is so good for the price. The first thing you notice is the look because it basically looks like a classic moped or a cafe racer and I get compliments on it all the time. The power is actually crazy for an e-bike. It has a 1000W motor but it peaks way higher and I can hit almost 40mph on it which is plenty for keeping up with cars. The dual suspension is also a huge plus because those fat tires plus the shocks make the ride super smooth even if the road is bumpy. The battery life is also better than I expected and I can go for long rides without worrying about it dying on me. If you want something that looks cool and goes fast without spending thousands of dollars this is definitely the one to get.

My husband really likes this e-bike. It did not take him long to put it together. It did not have any written instructions so you have to go to the website. He is very handy so it was not a problem for him. He has been riding it quite a bit when the weather permits.

Selecting and buying a good and suitable bike or e-bike might be not an easy task, particularly without visiting bike shops. For the task, I searched several online sites including Amazon website to select a reliable bike for my purposes, that is, riding for exercise as well as recreational purposes. Because I have no prior experience in riding e-bike, first it was not easy even to decide whether to choose a regular bike or e-bike. Upon study and consideration, I first decided to select a folding bike option, whether it is regular or e-bike. After consuming considerable time and efforts in searching and product review, Jasion EB7 (version 2) e-bike caught my attention because it was sold at a reasonable price below 1,000 USD and includes most of the features/specs I wanted to have, such as folding feature, good power and riding range per charge, and it also included most basic accessories such as headlight and tail-light, rear rack, and fenders. I purchased this product through Amazon website, and the package was delivered within a few days of order, and the delivery package was relatively in good condition. The e-bike was delivered in “almost” assembled condition except a few, and my initial assembly of the e-bike was not that difficult and it took about less than an hour although I did not have any prior experience in bike assembling. The only task I have encountered some difficulties in the assembling process was assembling the front wheel to the bike frame. Even though I looked at the user manual provided, I was momently without clue regarding how to assemble the two together. However, since I had watched a couple of product review videos via YouTube when I do my e-bike searches, I can solve the task with the help of such videos, and I finally succeeded the assembling process by myself. I think an ordinary person who has no prior bike assembly experience might confront similar difficulties in the assembly process of the front wheel to the frame, and thus, I suggest that the maker Jasion should have included more detailed assembly information in the user manual, such as photos with better resolution, particularly for the front wheel assembly process. Now, I have ridden my Jasion e-bike several times so far. I feel my riding experience of Jasion EB7 is relatively positive even though I found a couple of concerns with this bike. Most of my concerns are relatively minor, but what I am concerned most so far is it sometimes makes squeaky noises around the front brake disc area. I think this issue may be solved if I can adjust the portions around the front disc brake area. As I am not quite sure about this issue and I do not have prior experience in bike assembly, I will contact the Jasion company for this issue, and I will try to upload a follow-up review in this regard if possible.
