It is my first time with an electric bike, and I haven't ridden a bike since I was 16 and had a run of the mill 24" mountain bike from Walmart or maybe it was the Kmart back then. I finally got a chance to test it out in the garage of my building and wow it really works! Even with me at exactly 300 lbs, it takes off like a bat outta h*ll with the slightest touch of the throttle! The garage of my building is small, and the brakes stop me within 2 seconds. So give yourself 2 seconds of space to stop! I can really feel the shocks react and bounce back when coming to a stop! It feels crazy fast! Maybe I am too old for this?! Haha! The seat still gave way a little bit but is not swinging wildly around like it was before I bought a universal torx wrench to tighten the thumb screw more for my weight. I do not feel like this will be an issue riding considering my larger size. If it does, my fix will simply be to duct tape it ridiculously good and thick! I'm sure I can handle it! It probably does come with the territory of being a heavier rider. Customer service has been very responsive with my question about tightening the seat. I still can't imagine anyone able to do that by hand alone. But they have offered to send me an accessory of choice and I feel that's incredibly generous and good customer service. The bike sure is heavy and solid, definitely high quality, and I'd expect to get a whole lot of life out of it. It will just take some practice and retraining, as I am old and have been out of practice and driving a car for so many years. I did always imagine myself getting a motorcycle in my golden years, so maybe that will be in my future once I get the hang of this very powerful electric bike.

My 12 year old son received this as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the bike seems to be very good. There have not been any issues thus far. It was easy to complete putting it together (it comes partially put together). The seller was wonderful to work with. After ordering I received a message from the seller stating the bike was out of stock. They gave me several alternate options. We decided to wait for it to be back in stock. The seller was very communicative and responsive. Fortunately, it did arrive before Christmas. So far the battery life seems to be very sufficient. My son can ride around with his friends for hours. He said it is comfortable and easy to ride/drive.

I purchased 2 of these for my 11 and 14 year old. We live on a farm with hills, mud, and anything the weather throws our way. These bikes have zero issues going on the grass, mud, hills. The bikes are powerful, the battery charge lasts, and can be ridden by everyone in our family. We love them!

This bike impressed me right out of the box. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the tires even arrived fully aired and ready to ride. I have a lakefront gravel and dirt bike path near my house and this bike ABOLUTELY RIPS on it. It feels planted, responsive, and fun — but also smooth enough for cruising on pavement. Roads and sidewalks are no problem at all. The controls are intuitive with just the right amount of buttons — nothing confusing or over-engineered. It has a horn, front headlight, rear light, and blinkers built in, which is a huge safety win for riding at night or around traffic. One of the things I love most is how customizable this bike is. You can upgrade and personalize just about anything you want: 🔧 Handlebar pads 🔧 Pedals 🔧 Brighter headlight 🔧 Front bag for tools or storage 🔧 Better suspension & shock upgrades 🔧 Optional tire + tube upgrades It’s very modification-friendly, which makes it fun to grow with over time. The stock tires and tubes have worked great for me so far — no issues at all — but I do recommend upgrading to HEB Allscape tires and better inner tubes when it’s time to replace them. Some riders mention tubes popping under pressure or off-road impact, so when mine eventually wear down, that’ll be my first upgrade. Overall, this bike is: ✔ Easy to assemble ✔ Great on gravel, dirt, and pavement ✔ Intuitive to use — not too many buttons ✔ Feature-rich with horn, lights & blinkers ✔ EXTREMELY customizable and upgrade-friendly ✔ Fast, powerful, and ridiculously fun to ride Highly recommended — especially if you want something you can personalize and push to its max without a 2K-4K price tag.

This bike has left my Son and I very stressed out. I got a code coming from the electrical screen, after just a quick 10 minutes ride and a 2 hour charge after christmas. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with this company. They want me to ship the bike back to them which is going to cost me upwards of $600.00 just to ship back to them. They may or may not be able to fix the problem. I mean I bought this bike for 800.00 now its gonna cost me more than half the cost to just ship it out to them. Very disappointed.

Amazing purchase! 100% recommended. Pretty easy to put together. Bought it for my kids but I love to ride this ebike as well. Fast, great battery life and extremely comfortable. The only negative is the head light/horn is awful. Light is weak and somewhat useless and the horn is muffled and just as useless. Outside of that, love this purchase.

Assembly instructions could be clearer regarding the front wheel assembly with brake rotor (it has a spacer in it out of the box that isn't mentioned). Rear suspension is a little stiff but otherwise a great bike and I would recommend. The support team has been outstanding
