My 12 year old son received this as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves it! The quality of the bike seems to be very good. There have not been any issues thus far. It was easy to complete putting it together (it comes partially put together). The seller was wonderful to work with. After ordering I received a message from the seller stating the bike was out of stock. They gave me several alternate options. We decided to wait for it to be back in stock. The seller was very communicative and responsive. Fortunately, it did arrive before Christmas. So far the battery life seems to be very sufficient. My son can ride around with his friends for hours. I purchased a Jasion RetroVolt Pro in November 2025. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had. The battery failed shortly after purchase and had to be replaced under warranty. A few months later, the motor failed. Jasion acknowledged that the motor is covered under warranty, but getting the replacement has been an ongoing struggle. I first reported the motor issue on May 10. Since then, I have received multiple and often contradictory updates from customer support. I was initially told the part would be back in stock by June 15. Later, I was told it had already arrived and would ship on June 26–27. Another representative then told me the part was still out of stock, while another said it was being processed for shipment. As of today, I still have not received the replacement motor, a tracking number, or a clear explanation. The most frustrating part has not been the delay itself, but the lack of consistent communication and the repeated promises that were never fulfilled. I have contacted customer support numerous times by email and live chat, and each time I have been asked to wait a little longer. If you rely on your e-bike for commuting, work, or school, I would strongly encourage you to consider not only the bike itself but also the quality of the company's warranty support before making a purchase. Be careful with the colors I picked black and they send me black and gray.Other than that the bike is pretty good it's comfortable rides well and very easy to assemble. A very important note all these electric bike manufacturers all lie about the battery capacity and riding distance it's never true the battery died after only riding 22 miles. I really recommend for whoever buys this bike order a basket a lock a phone holder and helmet and definitely mirrors so you can ride safe on the road be careful because they are Banning these electric bikes in a lot of states .I live in New Jersey and we are getting ours banned next month. ... show more

My son loves this Bike! It was very easy to assemble and use. He does not have his DL yet so he drives this all over the place, thrift stores, work, school events. He likes his independence this bike provides. Everyone asks where we got it and what brand it is and we tell them JASION for the win. Very well built and comfortable when riding, we even bought the rear seat as well. The battery charges pretty fast and lasts quite awhile! We may consider getting a basket at a later time for all his thrift store finds. ... show more

I bought this electric bike for my son to ride to school and work, both of which are only about 10 minutes from our home. However, after just three weeks of use, the bike completely stopped working due to an electrical failure. I also purchased the extended warranty, but it has been completely useless. The bike has been sitting in our garage for nearly 50 days because they don’t have the replacement part in stock. Everything has to be handled by email, which makes the process incredibly slow. Today we were told that the missing part won’t arrive until July 11, and that we have to send yet another email just to request the part again. I do not recommend this bike. The quality is poor, and the warranty provides no real support when you actually need it. ... show more

So far so good. Put 50 miles on it. Comfortable and pretty fast ( 33mph on flat ground and I'm 200lbs) MIght change the rear spring, It's a little stiff. The rear arm squeaked (5min fix) check on line. Good bike...

    • Motor Broke, Promised Replacement Never Arrived
I purchased this e-bike as a Christmas gift for my son, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. The motor failed after a short period of use, making the bike unusable. After contacting customer support, I was promised a replacement motorized wheel and a $100 refund. I accepted the offer and was told the replacement part would be available around May 2026. It is now June 2026, and I still have not received the replacement part. I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update, but my recent messages have gone unanswered. My son has spent months waiting to ride the bike he received for Christmas, and we are still dealing with the same unresolved issue. While customer service was initially responsive, the lack of follow-through and communication has been extremely frustrating. A product can have problems, but what matters is how a company handles them. In my case, the warranty process has been slow, the promised replacement has not arrived, and communication has stopped. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this e-bike or its customer support. ... show more

This bike impressed me right out of the box. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the tires even arrived fully aired and ready to ride. I have a lakefront gravel and dirt bike path near my house and this bike ABOLUTELY RIPS on it. It feels planted, responsive, and fun — but also smooth enough for cruising on pavement. Roads and sidewalks are no problem at all. The controls are intuitive with just the right amount of buttons — nothing confusing or over-engineered. It has a horn, front headlight, rear light, and blinkers built in, which is a huge safety win for riding at night or around traffic. One of the things I love most is how customizable this bike is. You can upgrade and personalize just about anything you want: 🔧 Handlebar pads 🔧 Pedals 🔧 Brighter headlight 🔧 Front bag for tools or storage 🔧 Better suspension & shock upgrades 🔧 Optional tire + tube upgrades It’s very modification-friendly, which makes it fun to grow with over time. The stock tires and tubes have worked great for me so far — no issues at all — but I do recommend upgrading to HEB Allscape tires and better inner tubes when it’s time to replace them. Some riders mention tubes popping under pressure or off-road impact, so when mine eventually wear down, that’ll be my first upgrade. Overall, this bike is: ✔ Easy to assemble ✔ Great on gravel, dirt, and pavement ✔ Intuitive to use — not too many buttons ✔ Feature-rich with horn, lights & blinkers ✔ EXTREMELY customizable and upgrade-friendly ✔ Fast, powerful, and ridiculously fun to ride Highly recommended — especially if you want something you can personalize and push to its max without a 2K-4K price tag. ... show more
