I purchased the RevoltPro. It had a few issues and one was significant enough that Jasion was not able to provide parts to fix it. That bike is disabled with no part available. Jasion was nice enough to send us a replacement X Hunter bike and provided me a $100 back to offset repair cost. This is not the style bike or the capacity of what I bought, but it was a nice gesture. I am updating my original poor review to 3 stars. Not ideal situation but the companies customer service was always very kind and thorough. They just cannot replace parts they cannot get. I believe my experience as 3 out of 5 at best. ... show more

I purchased 2 of these for my 11 and 14 year old. We live on a farm with hills, mud, and anything the weather throws our way. These bikes have zero issues going on the grass, mud, hills. The bikes are powerful, the battery charge lasts, and can be ridden by everyone in our family. We love them!

During the Holiday time of 2025 the market seemed flooded with the new craze of 'e-bikes'. There were so many different brands, types, sizes and prices to choose from. My 14 yr old son insisted on the Jasion. I finally gave in after reviewing many many bikes. He has been riding his Jasion now for 3 months and loves it. I am impressed by this bike and can now give my stamp of approval for the quality of the bike. The charge holds for a long time. My other son now wants one. so here we go. Let’s be 100% honest Jasion. The bike tops out at 33mph if you are heading downhill, you have no cargo, and you weigh under 180 lbs, You will be lucky if you get 15 miles out of a full charge, throttle maxed for most of the ride. I ride 13 miles on relatively flat roads and I’m at 18% when I reach work, And it takes about 4 to 5 hours to charge the battery. ... show more
