Alright, I gotta say—I wasn’t expecting much when I ordered the Retrovolt Jasion E-Bike, but this thing straight-up blew me away. For the price point, I figured I’d get something decent enough to cruise around on, maybe a little clunky, maybe a few corners cut. Nope. This bike came out swinging. First off, the build quality? Solid. It doesn’t feel cheap or rattly like a lot of budget-friendly e-bikes. The frame is sturdy, the tires grip well, and the styling has that clean, retro-cool vibe without trying too hard. It legit looks and feels like a higher-end ride. Now let’s talk performance—because this thing moves. The motor gives you that satisfying boost when you need it, and the pedal assist is smooth, not jerky like some other budget models. Whether you’re cruising around town or taking it up a hill, it keeps up without making you feel like you’re about to blow out your knees or your battery. The battery life is solid too. I’ve gotten great range out of it, and charging doesn’t take forever, which is always a win. Honestly, I’ve ridden more expensive e-bikes that didn’t perform half as well as this one. I have nothing but good things to say about this bike. Well maybe a few bad things, but that's more user error I'll save that for later. Assembly was cake, nothing crazy complicated. Another thing to note is that this bike is MASSIVE. I'm 5'9, and my feet could barely touch the ground on it. The shocks on this bike are really soft, even at its top speed of 30. Going over bumps and dips is easy too. The seat is super comfy, and unexpectedly has a slight elevation on the back so you do slide all over it. The battery life is pretty dang good too. The bad of the bike is the handlebars are really awkward, the left and right brake on the bike are both aligned differently. Making turns on the bike is weird too, but that could just be due to how I adjusted the handlebars. The front lights on it are really dim. If you plan on doing a lot of night riding Id recommend buying an aftermarket light. Same goes for the rear tail lights. The pedals were the most annoying parts to put on, I actually lost a pedal after my first ride. Which is probably more my fault, but the fact it happened is still notable. The brakes are really soft too, I dont like soft brakes. Especially on a bike that goes as fast as this. On my other ebikes i can use the left or right brake and come to a full stop no problem. On this quick beast both have to be used and it takes a few seconds to come to a stop. A problem you dont want on an ebike this fast. ... show more

I’ve been riding electric bikes for years, and the Jasion RetroVolt has quickly become my new favorite. I previously owned a Super73 for its rugged build and a Pedal e-bike for quick errands around town. After putting the RetroVolt through its paces for a few weeks, I’m beyond impressed! First off, the RetroVolt’s design is an instant head-turner. It has that retro-cool aesthetic that rivals (and honestly surpasses) the Super73’s distinctive style. I get so many compliments, and its vintage flair blends beautifully with modern e-bike tech. Ride comfort is where it truly shines. The dual suspension setup absorbs every bump, delivering a smoother experience than my Super73 ever did. Even my Pedal e-bike, which was solid for short commutes, can’t compete with the cushioned ride I get on the RetroVolt. Performance also stands out. The motor provides ample torque for quick acceleration—even uphill. While the Super73 gave a decent punch, the RetroVolt feels just a notch more powerful off the line. Battery life is similarly impressive; I can cover my typical daily rides plus weekend adventures without constantly worrying about recharging. Practicality meets style, too. The removable battery is so convenient. I can pop it out to charge at my desk at work—something my Pedal bike lacked. The integrated lighting system is also a win for safety. Overall, the Jasion RetroVolt offers a premium blend of style, power, and comfort. If you’re debating between this bike, a Super73, or a local Pedal e-bike, I’d hands-down recommend the RetroVolt. It strikes the perfect balance of vintage charm, modern performance, and daily convenience. A must-have for any e-bike enthusiast! I bought two retrovolts on Amazon $1428 that even included shipping. Honestly, for that price I was expecting a lower end quality Ebike. Boy was I wrong. These bikes are amazing ! Rugged, solid, dual suspension, max speed 30 mph, battery life good. Assembly was easy. I just fantasy enough good things about this bike. This bike is reallyy good! The price is really good and the bike last a while. The seat is nice and the bike has a passenger seat with it too. Just make sure when you ride this bike just don’t go full throttle unless your heading home or somewhere that you know your gonna stay a while at. When riding the noise is not loud and is just a nice smooth drive. There is a horn, turning signals, lights, and much more for a bike that cost this cheap. My bike says 35 instead of 30 which is wonderful. ... show more
