I purchased a new E bike from your company, the style that included the rear seat and basket. Unfortunately the rear seat fell off while I was out riding. I didn’t notice this until I got home and was left with just the 4 attachment nuts and bolts. I have attached a few photos. I would like a refund for the seat. The way the seat secures to the bike is horrible and not a well made product. I am very happy with my E bike but this is unacceptable to pay for something that only lasted a few rides. Was disappointed about the shipping the bike was delivered in three different shipments ,the bike, seat and front rack all arrived at different times and I could not track the bikes arrival ordered on July 9 received on July 25 customer service is a little tough to get a hold by phone. Would’ve gave it a four star if there was no problems with shipping in my rear seat. ... show more

This bike is really great and built solid strong frame allowing baskets and set up for carrying small cargo both in the basket and in the back of the seat Not hard at all to assemble having just a basic knowledge of hand tool experience. I am 315 lbs and it takes me around the blocks with ease and feels confident and reliable also has a removable battery for extra security that you can charge while it is off the bike. Well built with plenty of power for the money. I tow three kids with it and have no problems, the battery lasts awhile with speeds of around 32mph. These guys know what there doing and shipped it to my door steps within a couple days! Very pleased!!
