Not a bad little scooter. Not even 15 minute setup out of the box. Very well packaged too. Shipping was 2 days faster than Amazon quoted. Got it up to 23mph on a flat surface. The acceleration is a bit underwhelming but I am used to 3000w setups, and my wife seems happy with it. The speedometer is also very accurate as we tested it against my bike and gps. This thing is very sleek looking, most wires are hidden, brakes work good, and battery life seems adequate all though we haven’t really pushed it yet. The loud horn was a nice touch and the turn signals while unnecessary are nice. The headlight is pretty weak. It does the job but just barely. With how bright low wattage LEDs are today I’m a little perplexed as to why they chose such dim light. But with 99% of our riding being daytime this isn’t an issue for us. My only real complaints are the front wheel has a bad vibration to it. Most likely the tire isn’t seated on the rim correctly which requires deflation and reseating, which is fairly annoying to do on a new scooter but not that big of a deal. Also, the metal rod under the seat used for adjusting the height of the seat is WAY too long. I’m 5’8”, so average height, and have it on the lowest setting and it feels comfortable, and there’s 8” of rod sticking out from the bottom. This looked pretty awful and seems unnecessarily long. Don’t see the vast majority of people needing that much. I just cut off the excess with a grinder wheel and it looks much better. Over all, we are very happy with its looks and performance. If you’re looking for rocket acceleration maybe look elsewhere. If your looking for a smooth ride with sleek looks, and ease of use, this is totally worth it. ... show more

I've been using this scooter for a long time. Assembly was very easy, and delivery was very fast. My experience with this scooter is very good. I'm currently using it. The battery lasts quite well, and I think the speed is good. In conclusion, a good scooter. What I love about this scooter is the speed, since it has three different modes. Sometimes when I leave early in the morning, I can go at full speed and arrive quickly at my destination. However, for example, when I'm driving in the morning, there are many more cars, so I can set it to speed 1, which makes me feel much safer. Like the design and build quality. Worked okay at first, but speed was no where near the advertised speed. 15 mph tops and slow acceleration. showed low battery after just a couple rides. Charged it, turned it back on and the battery indicator flashes and barely goes 5 mph. I didn't bother contacting seller. Just in the process of returning. Not happy with having to pay for shipping sending back and not guaranteed a full refund since I used it. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. I have a Jaison Hunter that seems to be good. So I'm hoping it last. Update. It was going to cost me over $200 to send this stupid scooter back and the seller told me I'd only get 50-90% of my money back. What a joke. I’m an owner of two Jaison electric vehicles, the JS2 and JS3Pro. I’m going to rate my experience with the JS3Pro compared to the JS2 which I believe will be a more accurate rating for buyers** I’ve rated the JS3Pro 3.5 stars out of 5. It has the feel of an electric moped more than a scooter when you are riding it. Let’s go over the things I’ve found to not like about the scooter. Con’s Suspension- while I thought this would be a pro, the shock suppression system is less than ideal. The front is the only end with the shocks which makes the Ride very bumpy when seated due to no shock suppression in the rear. Also the front very slightly bounces on flat ground because of the air tires and shocks. Tcs- The JS2 had a traction control system that when riding at any speed the scooter would assist in keeping itself upright, the JS3Pro is missing that system. When driving it you can feel it seems a bit loose underneath you making that a bit of a worry when driving on the road around cars and just forget about staying on it if you have to drive off road. Basket- while the basket is a good edition it isn’t as useful in practice. To make use of the basket without worry of losing your things you need to make sure you have zip ties with you, small bumps can pop the basket open and throw your stuff all over the road making hazards for drivers. Lights- The headlight isn’t as bright as it should be to light up the ground around you at night, it’s pretty dangerous driving if there’s lot of potholes around. The final issue I saw with the JS3Pro is that the motor is weak compared to the weight the scooter needs to carry. I feel if it was dual motor it would be better for small inclines but it almost just wants to give up at any sign of a hill. Flat ground is the best for the JS3Pro. Pros Ride- I like the feel of the vehicle, the deisgn makes it give the feeling of riding a moped which in my opinion feels like a better experience than standing to ride the scooter Ignition- the key ignition is a nice addition as well not having to worry about the vehicle possibly getting stolen because of the weight of it and you can take the keys out when not in use. Power balance- I noticed the JS3Pro has a good power balance, if it is on flat ground the power it outputs is more consistent than the JS2, you can travel longer at slightly higher speeds with this model. And has around the same travel distance (about 10mi/per trip) Personally for the price it’s a good vehicle, I bought the JS3Pro and JS2 just so I have a spare vehicle to make it into work. I absolutely love this scooter. I attached a dog carrier for long dog walks with our 4 dogs. I bought the carrier separately and can detach it quickly if needed. When the cart is full the scooter has a top speed of 16 mph when empty it goes to 23 mph. Just make sure you keep the tires full and you have a smooth ride. ... show more
