The Jasion scooter arrived very well packaged. The construction felt surprisingly solid. It's not a lightweight scooter, but I'm confident my 18-year-old granddaughter will be able to manage it. Purchased for her to use on her large college campus. While some students use bikes, skateboards, or inline skates, this scooter seemed like a great in-between option that wouldn't take up too much space in a dorm. Being a bit heavier myself (235 lbs), I had to take it for a quick test ride! I was impressed that it moved me along at a decent clip, hitting 14 mph at top speed on a flat surface. The braking definitely has power, and the warning to lean back is well-advised! I'm giving it to her this weekend, and I really hope she enjoys it as much as I did my brief test ride. Great scooter for getting around town! I bought this scooter after doing a bunch of research on how to get around without a car, and it’s been the perfect solution. It hits about 15 MPH, which is plenty fast for commuting or running errands. The battery life has been solid so far, it charges quickly and lasts longer than I expected. It’s super lightweight and easy to handle, even on busy streets, and I had no trouble figuring out how to use it right out of the box. One of the best parts is how compact it is, fits perfectly in my apartment when I’m not using it. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. So I got my 15-year-old son is for his birthday two months ago and the motor is already gone and he’s barely ridden it so I would not suggest this unless they rectify the issues that I have with this scooter other than that there was no complaints up until the E2 motor failure error for almost 2 months and he absolutely loves it so just again please let me know what to do if I have to mail it back to you or is there some kind of local tech-support or just send a new one give me a refund please let me know what to do ASAP. Very happy with this scooter especially for the price. Battery lasts for a while and does move pretty good even with a bigger rider. My only issue is that it does about 25km/h not mph but still fun.

I have both the PS2 and the PRO The Pro is an inch or so taller and longer. Has the spring in the back and goes faster, BUT The brakes on non-standard and hard to adjust. CAN'T GO UPHILL. the scooter officially has a better motor, but it dies going uphill. Bottom line, get the regular one.

Watch descriptions they say it's one thing in all the information before you buy it you are thinking you got a good deal on a 22 mph 25 miles range scooter and they send you one that only reaches 15 mph 20 mile range. I shopped around for hours and even days before landing on this one to buy based entirely on the performance offered and did not receive what I thought I paid for. Don't buy I doubt anything will be cleared up with the slow support. ... show more
